Noami and Tita were very accommodating. From airport pickup to helping us with tours and transport to El Nido. Nice Filipino breakfast to start the day. Room was clean and had an air conditioner to keep us cool. Shower was hot. Beautiful big pool on site.

We like that the lodging has a pool and a huge garden with lots of vegetation. We also picked this hotel due to its proximity to the bus terminal.

We didn't like the fact that when we arranged for the free pick-up service from the airport, we had to wait for one hour because the staff forgot about us!

The children loved the pool. And the staff was friendly and very helpful in coordinating the tours.

Tita and the others were very friendly and took us for free to food accomodations, the airport and a karaoke bar in Puerto. It felt like being with family. Great breakfast also. Thank you so much!

Hi Guy's. I am a well Travelled " Genius 2 Member " With Booking.com, also with Hotels com and Trip Advisor. The Michelle was the 2nd place I stayed at in Palawan, in the Philippines. I stayed at stayed at the Deep Garden BnB before. This place is very similar, it also has wonderful English speaking Staff, ( Plus many other languages ) A beautiful swimming pool, there is a restaurant is available for included breakfast, and a store, drinks etc, all within the amazing grounds and gardens, and it is so quiet at night, when relaxing and sleeping. I truly cannot fault the Michelle Pension Hotel and Resort, it is quite close to the main Robinson Shopping Centre also, for anything you may need on your travels. The options for a Taxi or a Cheaper TuK Tuk, and are always readily available, just ask the staff at the Reception. The staff here will help you with all your needs. Having the beach within 2 Minutes, yet being able to see the sun rise as you wake and walk in the morning, it is just wonderful. Full Credit needs to go to Auntie TiTa, the Owner. This really should be a 3 * Resort, and if you are lucky enough to have the Pancakes or Omelet for Breakfast.. I would put it a 5 * for food. There are a mixture of rooms, from Singles, to Queens, to Family Rooms, and all have a Garden or Pool View. You Will Enjoy Your Stay Here. Best, Stu.

I cant fault this place. There is nothing I didn't like. Maybe the fact it is very quiet here, but I guess, it depends on where you want to stay on your vacation. Personally, the only fault, I didn't book here longer !!!!
