Breakfast, hmm, quiet different exp., while I book the hotel I had a option of Free breakfast and when we reach and ask about our breakfast they replied, as per your booking no breakfast. How? tactics /software....
only location and nothing else, housekeeping staff are supportive and pillows are worst then ever I had seen nowhere else, did they look after their guest comfort and using the same stuff from the time of establishments.

While booking Oyo commmited free breakfast (as being shown in google search),however, no free breakfast provide. Felt cheated.

Manager doesn't know how to talk to people. Booking says breakfast included, but manager refused breakfast. Bedsheets not clean, towels had holes in them.
