توفر المواقف ف القبو.. بس مشكلة اذا جيت متاخر ما تلاقي مواقف توقف برا وطبعاً مدفوع من الفندق 12 بس المشكلة يصحونك نومتك عشان المواقف

Am apreciat curatenia, designul, dotarile si facilitatile hotelului, micul dejun si amabilitatea personalului (Uraiz de la receptie ne-a fost de ajutor, cu informatii, depozitarea bagajelor...).

The Location is convenient. The rooms were clean.
Parking is a problem. Due to renovations are limited spots, while they mention parking available in booking.com is not guaranteed, if you are lucky enough maybe you will get one. Rooms are not spacy especially for long term stay feels a bit tight. Moreover they advertise laundry and washing machine services (important facility for the long term stay), there are only three washing machines and one out of three is permanently “under maintenance” so actually two of them available as a result a massive waiting queue.

Very friendly staff! Big shout out to Rakesh and Emad who made my stay very pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel if looking for a hassle free stay.

Excellent service, having lived in Dubai for 17 years and while relocating I stayed there for few days as I was moving out of the city permanently the hotel is a great place and very comfortable place. Homely and friendly staff. The Manager is Ramadan from Egypt, he was a cool person, and very helpful. I had a mid night flight and he extended my check to maximum with additional costs till 18:30 hrs. He made me comfortable and I would keep returning always. Would surely recommend all to stay here.

Very good cleaning, cleaning was regular and quality✨ The staff is professional and friendly🙌 The Daily restaurant was great, the food was always cooked perfectly, especially liked the Rove Butter Chicken dish, ordered it all the time😻 Very comfortable and cozy hotel that I now have fond memories with❤️

Hospitality of female receptionist was bad and they don’t know how to speak politely to guest. It maybe due to our skin color.

Overall was ok but many things could be improved.
Air conditioner remote wasn’t working and the temperature the AC was set up to was very cold. We decided to open the window and as there was no protected net in front of the window, flies came into the room and we couldn’t sleep.
Room ceiling was leaking and it got fixed quickly but made my suitcase and three of my dresses wet and smelly.
