We got the VIP of the day. Nice touch! Welcoming fruit platter was very refreshing. Wonderful attentive caring restaurant supervisor really had her eyes on the breakfast room. Very convenient to Auckland airport on Yellow bus 🚌 route. Lots of nice spaces to relax in as we had a day off before our international flight. Lovely welcoming fire when you come back in the evening. Pool and gardens with pond and water features. Peaceful.

Unfortunately there was a mix up with rooms, I had booked a twin room, two beds, with balcony. rang to confirm and also queried bond payment. Was told $200 bond over the phone and room was confirmed. 👍🏽 I get there to find they had actually overbooked, I didn’t have the room I originally booked, they had to bring in a sofa bed and initially the other room did not have a balcony. After speaking with a lovely receptionist, she managed to put us in a room with a balcony, and assured us the sofa bed was comfy (which it was) she apologised for the mix up however other than that everything was great and I will add, the lady I spoke to at the reception was a huge help and greatly apologetic, I understand this was not her fault however.

Buffet breakfast. Parking is a breeze. Drive is accessible to about anywhere...city...airport.....malls....restaurants. Room is comfy. Tv channels galore. And that robot vacuum, feels like the hotel is always clean.

Nous avons réservé cette hôtel car il y avait un buffet de prévus le soir et à notre arrivé on nous a indiqué qu’il y avait pas le soir même, il manqué 3 pied à notre lit (j’ai les photos) le lit était complètement bancale, nous étions 4 dans la chambre et nous avions que 2 serviettes, nous sommes allé mangé au bar de l’hôtel vu que le buffet était fermé, mais pendant le repas un personnel nettoyait le sol avec une machine très très bruyante nous ne nous entendions même pas parler à la même table. J’ai du me lever et demander à l’accueil de lui demander d’arrêter. Je trouve ça dommage qu’aucun employé n’y ai pensé Dans l’ensemble j’ai été déçu Nous avons été dérangé pendant plus d’une heure pendant la nuit par des clients cédant énormément de bruit dans les couloirs, parlant fort, claquant les portes etc j’ai du sortir à 3h pour demander d’arrêter. J’ai été vraiment déçu que personne ne viennent les calmer

Beautiful garden and pool which feels like a little oasis - once in that area you have no idea of the busy highways around it. Best buffet breakfasts I have ever had

It took a long time for my room to be ready though reception had told me they hoped I could have early check in. I was told different times and had to keep going back to see if I could get in. I’d had a twenty five hour flight from the UK so was very tired. It wasn’t even ready beyond check in time at which point they upgraded me to a garden room which was perfect.

Close to the Auckland Airport for our early morning departure. Good meals available and drinks and small meals in the Rumpus Room. Friendly staff at check-in. Easy parking and close proximity to room. Pool looked lovely sadly we didn't get to use it.

Noise from room above during the evening. Guests dragging their bags on the cobblestones in the court yard in front of the Units (Room 1030) in the early hours of the morning? not sure why they didnt use the correct door entry. Some road noise but not excessive.

There was no lift! I have never been in a hotel without a lift before. If you have heavy bags you have to walk up the stairs with them or ask the porter to take them up. The bathroom needs enlarging and upgrading.

Comfortable hotel near the airport. Good breakfast with gluten free food.

The evening meal options were limited and the yellow bus complicated. Take Uber and for dinner, walk down the road for 15 minutes to The Post Office Pub.

Nice bar and dining area opening out to the gardens which are very nice. Room was comfortable and you couldn't hear any traffic at all. Staff were very nice.

Bathroom fan was a bit noisy and we couldn't turn it off.

The swimming pool is very small but at least there is one. Rooms are ok.

Food was terrible and very expensive, half of the menu wasn't available, including all kids menu while the hotel claims everywhere that kids eat for free. Ended up spending $60 for me and my 6 years old son at each meal for very poor quality. Staff wasn't accommodating for lack of choice and kids options. Rooms are ok, pretty dark with carpark view. Swimming pool is pretty small. Chess board is all broken. Overall this is very overpriced for what you get.

Proximity to airport and motorway to enable access to city and surrounds. They had a n outdoor pool and outdoor seating which was nice.

I had a minor maintenance and housekeeping issue which took multiple calls to front desk to remedy which I found frustrating. Staff were friendly and helpful in all other ways but calling up to 6 times to fix a shower head/request toilet paper seemed a bit much. The property was a little outdated but tidy and good size room. Carpet in room was heavily stained and air conditioning was old and dusty.

Bus transfer was hard to navigate. Bathroom fan was noisy and wouldn’t turn off. Had to change room at 2am in morning. Staff member said there was no spare rooms but begrudgingly found us one.

Needed a night stay with easy parking close to the airport this was perfect. Pool was fantastic for a quick dip for the kids, comfy to sit around and have a wine. Enough on the menus for a pub dinner (we didn’t buffet). Beds comfy rooms exactly I expected for the price point.

There was some kind of party going on and I had to phone reception at 11pm ish to complain and I never do that ! Sound does travel in this place.

The internet is good and i was able to work without interruptions. The food is really good. Room in service and the dinner buffet is for the win

Room smelt of smoke, told reception staff and they said did you want to change rooms. I declined but they offered room spray/freshner but what was actually offered was cleaning spray. This did not make much difference. Guests in the hallway were soo loud and woke me and my daughter up at 10pm. We had to leave the hotel by 1.45am. Was under the impression that the hotel offered free airport shuttle but was then told I had to buy a ticket from self serve station and pay. The reception staff said they would be there early morning checkout but no one was there when we left. Had to pay for shuttle ticket via creditcard as did not have enough change to put into ticket machine. Was a bit disappointed in the communication of the staff. Guests need to be aware of other guests especially as its a airport hotel. Thank you Catherine Jones
