High quality of breakfast were provided even though the choices is limited, facilities is well maintained, clean environment, helpful and friendly staff.

Nice place to relax 😎 close to nature. If you are tired with the city busy traffic. This is the nice place for you to retreat.

One toilet cannot flush well. And no water pipe.

The location up mountain and the view of Chateau and the natural you feel you are in Europe,The room nice view see swimming pool and mountains very comfortable and contain on everything you need , The food was perfect dinner buffet and Breakfast buffet have everything Bakery , Salads , Fruits , Smoked Salmon , Appetisers , Canapés, Lamb, Beef many varieties , Friendly staffs all of them smile and welcome you start from the guard till the Manager,You have to pay 200 RM as deposit will return to you upon check out and 3 RM Tax .

My Room 218 when checked in have problem in Aircondition dropped water the maintenance fixed already but before make check out happens again please fix it for the next client , Swimming pool need maintenance because some ceramics floor broken.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I really liked the ambience of the place, very calm and relaxing. Check in and check out was smooth.

The window panel and railing, the table top, inside cupboard were all dusty, I could see the dust layer. I started sneezing the moment I hit that bed nearest to the window. It looked like the room was not used and cleaned for a long time perhaps. Breakfast menu could be improved to include more items, and its taste.
