Nous avons une variété de jeux de société (Monopoly®, backgammon, dominos, cartes à jouer, échecs) parfaits pour se détendre avant le dîner tout en profitant de la brise marine. Il y a aussi une petite bibliothèque de livres en anglais que vous pouvez emporter à la plage ou lire au bord de la piscine pour votre commodité.

The owner Juan was easy to communicate with, they provided all the necessary details from check in to check out. The property itself is fantastic, very spacious with stunning views and perfect amenities. Overall we were extremely satisfied and our expectations were definitely met and exceeded. What a beautiful place to wind down our holiday! Cannot recommend more!!!

beautiful location and views very friendly people at the gate nice condo it was off season so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The only complaint was lack of paper products only 2 small rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for 9 days and no paper towels we had to message several times to get someone to bring some more and they only brought 2 more small rolls we finally just bought our own! seriously when you travel especially when your system is not used to the food or water having T-P is critical 😐

We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed the beach. We were able to go snorkeling(we brought our own gear). The restaurant on the beach was good and had some local vendors as well. We went to buy groceries because dining options were limited in walking distance. The condo and pools were great with an amazing view!

Incredible views. Very spacious. Juan is a great host . Answered all my emails for 18 months within 15 minutes. Pools are wonderful. The staff is special. Mario and Carlos at the gate spent time to get my cellphone back after it fell out in a taxi. Great detective work guys! What a relief.
Leti did a thorough job cleaning on Saturdays for us.
Overall it's all just as pictured in the listing.
The only thing I might add would be a small safe for valuables and travel documents.

Stay here. Clean. Quiet. Be sure to walk to Ocean Restaurant. Security folks at gate are very helpful. They call taxis when you need them. They arrive in 1 minute. 60 pesos (3 USD) to town. Cheap. Highly recommend Juan’s condo. He let us in early. So helpful.

Beautiful
Beautiful views will not disappoint when staying at Punta Arrocito. Pools were a delight to swim in and a short walk to Playa Arrocito everyday made for a refreshing dip in the ocean. Juan was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Great place and great people.

Spectacular view even more lovely than the photo. Spacious, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. A bit of a walk to town but taxis are plentiful and reliable. Juan is very responsive. We would definitely return!

We had a lovely stay. The condo was in a great location. Great ocean front property. Fireworks at New Years were literally by our patio. Very clean and staff were very nice.

Beautiful condominium with incredible ocean views, great to listen to the ocean at night. A wonderful little beach with no waves, good snorkeling, and a nice beach side restaurant is only a 5 minute walk.

Most beautiful view in Huatulco
Excellent stay - Juan was kind and accommodating. The condo is beautiful. The pool was fabulous and the gentleman at the gate were wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again. Great location too!

Wonderful!
We had an amazing stay! We stayed a week for my daughter's graduation trip and it was not long enough! The location is perfect with a gorgeous view. A short taxi ride will take you right into town or you can take a short walk down to the beach. The owner Juan was extremely responsive answering all of our questions before and during our trip. Staff at the condo are equally helpful and friendly. Ceasar was amazing, going above and beyond giving us an umbrella when needed and even printing paperwork for the airline for us. Huatulco is a little slice of paradise. We will definitely be back.

A perfect place to relax and enjoy
Juan is a super host — quick responses, thorough information and helpful guidance on getting to the property and checking in.
The staff at the complex are always available and super helpful.
The unit is as described. Clean and comfortable with a great kitchen for cooking. The only thing I’d bring is a good paring knife.
The big bonus is the covered deck. Great for lounging and eating and playing games. The breeze is cooling and the view and birds are sublime. Waves crashing on the rocks below are a magical soundtrack for the holiday.
A 5-minute walk away is a lovely beach. Clear warm water and a mild surf just great for swimming.
This is a spot to return to!

My family and I stayed at this property during the first week of August 2019. The complex is really nice and well kept. The check in process consist on the guard handling you the keys and they nicely walk you up to the apartment, they are expecting you so it is a really smooth check in process. Once you go into the apartment the view of the ocean is absolutely AMAZING!!!.. Every morning I was mesmerized by the most beautiful view!!.. the condo is very comfortable and in a great location, close to everything but at the same time secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city. We rented a car and visit other areas of Huatulco, personally; it was great to have a car. The owner of the condo is very good at responding e-mails promptly and very helpful with any questions you may have.I am very picky and I Loved this condo and it’s amazing view!!!

Paradise
As many have said, this place is amazing. The view is breathtakingly beautiful and the condo is sparkling clean, comfortable, modern. We recommend a car rental. The taxis are convenient and cheap, but it’s easier to explore or run to the market if you rent a car.

Wonderful condo
This is an excellent condo, just as the pictures show. Ocean views are fabulous and it is steps to the pool. Juan responds quickly to all inquiries. The people working at the condos are very friendly and helpful. Mario at the gate speaks English very well. We had a wonderful vacation.

Huatulco Paraíso
If you are wondering if this location is as good as it looks - it does. The corner unit offers gorgeous views from the master bed to the living room and dining area. The location of the rental could not be any better in regards to location to downtown, to where it is located at the bay – oh the views! It is fully furnished including a washer and dryer, some cable channels, and a kitchen with all the amenities. We are a family of (4) - Parents, 24-year old daughter and our 3-year old son. We were ALL comfortable during our stay. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, living room has plush couches, dining table and the patio has comfortable chairs to sit in. From the balcony, we could see the coastline, iguanas sunbathing, vibrant colored birds and hear the ocean.
The association of residences is under private security that not only assures safety but also provides help. We would call the front desk for a taxi and the front desk also helped with other questions i.e. trash disposal, breakfast locations, nearest ATM etc etc. The pools are nice if you do not want to go to the beach. There is a great beach for swimming within walking distance, about a 5minute walk.
The city of Huatulco is beautiful, calm and pleasant. I would recommend that you not sign up immediately with the tour guides or taxis inside the airport property and research the tours for a better handle on what rates should be for the tours / activities available. Huatulco has a lot of great restaurants that offer a variety of food from traditional Oaxacan to Argentinian tortas. We personally recommend El Mercader and Terracota restaurants which you will need to make reservations at. Oceans restaurant had a great atmosphere as well as great food and drink. Some of the highlights of Huatulco are the bay tours, beaches and waterfalls. Be informed the waterfalls are an all-day affair and you will need to hike to the specific location of the waterfall. As for the bay tours by boat they are beautiful but you can experience some of Oaxaca’s most beautiful beaches by taxi. All beaches have restaurants, vendors, bathrooms, showers, and beach toys for rent.

The property is beautiful and the view is wonderful-watch the sunrise over the Pacific.
This is the second year we’ve stayed in this condo and we’re ready for next year. The condo is spacious, large kitchen and has a wonderful view of the Pacific even in the master bedroom. The condo complex is well managed and beautifully landscaped -2 pools, security. Location is a short ride to town and taxis are reasonable and plentiful. Juan, the owner, responds quickly to any messages and problem/question is promptly addressed. We love the condo and the surroundings.

First time in huatulco . Pleasant surprise
We found this unit immaculate , with a million dollar view . Staff on the grounds were very friendly and helpful . The unit contained all the necessary amenities to make for an enjoyable stay . The owner was prompt and very helpful addressing any concerns or questions that we had .
We as a group agreed that we would definitely return , as our experience was truly memorable.

Amazing location & View....
We (Husband, two kids and myself) were fortunate enough to call this lovely condo home for 2 weeks on our vacation. The condo is in a great location. The view (especially the sunrise) from the patio and/or the Master bed are AMAZING. The property is clean and has 2 nice pools. The staff at the property is also very helpful and friendly. There is a great beach walking distance, with awesome snorkeling.
Full kitchen and washer & dryer in great working condition. We visit the local grocery store and stocked up on breakfast items and snacks. we had sunrise breakfast at the condo each day before setting out on our adventures of the Beautiful and clean Huatulco!! This vacation and condo DID NOT DISAPPOINT. WE WILL BE BACK. Feel in love with the town, beaches, people and the condo!

Awesome Condo with Incredible Views
It doesn’t get much better than this anywhere in Huatulco. The condo is immaculate with everything anyone could ask for including a gourmet kitchen and a million dollar view. We watched humpback whales from our balcony breaching on a daily basis and awoke every morning to a beautiful sunrise that you can enjoy right from bed. Juan was extremely helpful and easy to work with and we would not hesitate for a second to stay here again.Do your self a favour and experience this at least once in your lifetime, you will never regret staying here. We have enjoyed Huatulco seven times and have yet to feel a rain drop, what more could you ask for. Thanks again Juan, we will be back. Matt & Donna S

The perfect place to escape the cold!
This is our 3rd year visiting Huatulco, but our first year staying in a condo. Obviously we love Huatulco since we keep coming back and will be back next January. However, staying at Punta Arrocito in Juan's beautiful condo made this the best trip yet. The location is great-a short cab ride to downtown , the marinas ( Santa Cruz & Chahue ) and any number of beaches and restaurants. There were 4 of us ( 2 couples ) and the master bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable. The other bedroom was not as big and did not have an adjoining bathroom, but it was still doable. The condo has a wonderful ocean view and if you rise early enough, you can watch the sunrise. The condo is spacious with a lovely kitchen and terrace along with the living and dining areas. We thoroughly enjoyed both of the pools on the property and the landscaping was spectacular. It was really nice to have a laundry room. The staff was very friendly and we met lots of nice people at the complex who loved to share their knowledge of restaurants and other places to go. It is also a very secure complex. I could go on and on about this gem. So much to love.

Stunning views from a most beautiful property create an amazing vacation.
We truly had an incredible holiday. The views are breath taking, the condo is beautiful, spacious and clean. The wifi was really good and the air conditioning was very quiet. Arrocito Beach is a short walk and the water is calm and inviting for great swimming and snorkelling. Juan is very speedy to return any messages we sent to him. We hope to return sometime soon in the future, this condo is indeed a great find!!

Shhhh! Keep this Paradise a Secret!
I've waited too long to write this review - partly because Huatulco and Juan's condo in Punta Arrocito make for an unspoiled beach paradise vacation. Apparently, only the Canadian snow birds have discovered this place even though it is far more beautiful than all of the other well known Mexican beach resort towns. I truly hope it stays uncrowded but it's bound to get discovered so visit soon while it stays sleepy. The condo views are unsurpassed. The quaint little town has plenty of tasty restaurants. There are 9 bays to swim and snorkel in. There are world class waves just 20 minutes south. What more could you ask for? My family rarely goes to the same vacation destination twice but we are making an exception for Juan's condo and Huatulco. Salud!

Lovely condo, beautiful views, peaceful location
This condo is exactly as pictured. Nicely furnished, very comfortable bed in master bedroom. Staff, owners and other renters are friendly and helpful. Cabs are easy to get when visiting other areas. Golf course is beautifully maintained and the service is wonderful. Great location for a memorable vacation.

Great time in southern Oaxaca.
The condo was better than I expected and the price was very reasonable. The owner responded quickly to all our questions. The staff at the condo complex was very nice to us. I hope we can stay there again. The condo itself was in great shape with new furniture and amenities. The kitchen was better than ours at home!

Really Nice Property, Better than staying at a Resort
We are a Canadian couple and recently spent two weeks in this condo with friends. Everything was perfect right from the start. Juan, the owner, was very attentive during our settling in and he has an on-site property manager who takes care of everything while the owner is away. The condo has a really nice open area where you can see the ocean in all its splendor, it is really well equipped and we felt at home the entire time. Punta Arrocito is really quiet as most residents are Canadian seniors like ourselves, and the two pools are really nice as well. The staff was attentive and we had a great vacation, much better than if we had stayed at a resort. The only issue was we lost internet connectivity in the last couple of days we were there, some failure by the phone company in the region, but I guess that's not the owner's fault. We will definitely return next year!
