It was very good for two people, not too big and not too small. Very convenient for stays near MOA.

Curtain in bathroom
Cockroaches in the hallway but it is not their fault but maybe they could tell the management to look into it

Joan waited for me even though it was already 10pm. The place was exceptional. It smells great and so clean. This place is wider than the usual units I had tried and will be my go-to-place from now on. I will definitely be back next year.
I do not have anything negative to say on this place. Even the cockroach problem of the building is not evident here. Everything was made accessible to us like extra sheets and towels. The place is well worth it and more.

Much bigger than other condo unit.
I like the location close to SM MOA.
The care taker Joane is easy to talk to when you need her.

Our home away from home. Our stay in Manila was made better because we were able to rest comfortably in this condo. Truly remarkable and the condo had complete facilities. The condo was just walking distance to MOA and cheap transpo such as bus, jeep, or tricycle are readily available nearby. Will surely stay here again the next time we are in Manila 😊

Amazing and cozy property located near SM Mall of Asia. the place is very clean and provides with necessary items needed for staycation. The owner and staff are very accommodating and helpful.

I like the place, person incharge is very nice
Parking 50.00 pesos per hr plus 300 overnite. Way to high in our end.

we liked the cleanliness, how close it was to the MOA Arena, and how comfortable the stay was :)
caretaker was a little hard to reach but we contact the host via email and she replies very quickly :)

Close to shops and mall of asia
Smelly hallway of the building as lots of people cooking their food and smelly chinese people

I like that it’s very near to where I have to attend for an event - SMX MoA but unfortunately the last 2 days of my stay were booked so I need to transfer.
Overall I like the room - it’s relaxing, location, lobby and the security of the place.
The bidet/spray needs to be repaired coz it’s leaking.

Shops and eateries on ground floor.
-The bed is a bit uncomfortable.
-Limited cooking utensils. No saucepan and electric kettle. We have to boil water for coffee from electric stovetop.
-The building is smelly..Lack of proper fresh air ventilation
