Hotel was very clean, staff were very professional and welcoming. king deluxe room was very modern, nice and comfortable. The Dinner was Amazing and the breakfast was really good.

I would have liked a bit more of a western breakfast choice there is only omelette and weird chicken and beef sausages that are more like a hot dog franfurts the rest is stuff i would eat for dinner not for breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good, lots of choice.

I booked as I was so impressed with the sister hotel in Surabaya, but this one is smaller, older and a little worn. Also the rooms are badly insulated for noise - the first night I hardly slept as there were students staying opposite who spent most of the night shouting to each other in the corridor.

Room was alittle too big for solo traveller, but is all right. The flooring is tiles, so get cold if not using the slippers, again not a big deal. Wifi connection could be better.

The breakfast was awesome , the buffet type breakfast could fit to almost kind of taste for people around this world. I had two times the breakfast and the coffee smell is so great. I had 2 cup of it. The staffs in the morning restaurant,all carry smiles , the manager even greet me and smile for me few times, thumb up for him. The hotel floor is look very modern with interior design won't be disappointed. Even the room interior design is modern (for me, others I don't know) When I start check in , a cute friendly receptionist and her name is Ms Tiara's , she very polite to me and even can crack a jokes with me when I'm doing the procedure to check in and she offer me a Apple Juice from the fridge as welcome drink. Even other staffs is very polite too , definitely can give more than 4 stars to them. Thumb up to the hotel team especially the one that manage the team.

Strategic location! Loved the hotel ambience also the room cleanliness.

More food and coffee varieties please. That'd be perfect. Also please turn on the basements lamp. Too dark for elder who park in the basement.

I got the free parking services for 5nights and it was very secure, All staffs include the service room are very helpful and also they gave good responses for any request from me and my family while staying in there.

The swimming pool and also the gym facilities should be open with healthy protocol applicated.
