The location, the view & the staff (adib) hospitality are the 3 things that i like here.

There is no cutlery provided, the flush in 1 of the toilet is damaged, the water flows out from the toilet into the room, the floor is soapy maybe because the cleaner mop it with floor cleaner but did not rinse it with water again.

The parking route is too narrow. No advanced information about gym and pool fee.

Unit is infested with cockroaches. Found everywhere including the bed and curtains. Couch was dirty and stinked. Sink was clogged. First complain sent and owner sent up a bottle of cockroach spray. The night itself we requested for refund because when we came, we were greeted with cockoraches on floor, bed, curtains and wall! We requested for check out immediately and refund but was ignored. This listing shouldn't not be on Booking. It is a scam!! We had to search for other hotels nearby and waste the money we paid here!! If only I could upload the videos!

It is convenient, comfort and strategic

The room was really spacious and comfy, the host was nice and ready to greet us at midnight. Very great view and great location to nearby sightseeings and 7Eleven store downstair!

The bathrooms smelt bad and the swimming pool & gym charged extra fee to use.

Got a lot cockroach running around and waiting one hour for the staff on the check out

The house is very clean. The bathrooms are great. Airconds very cool. The view amazing. Comfortable beds.

Difficult to watch netflix with the smart tv. Shampoo(?) and body soap(?) provided but not labelled properly.
