Recommendations, place a small tv in rooms instead of shared hall

房间很清洁，厕所也干净，沐浴露和洗发水都有品牌的。很满意，最重要床很舒服。

Room was super comfy and the perfect size. Linens/towels were provided and clean, bathroom was clean, no creepy crawlies, AC worked perfectly, hot water in showers, small table/chair provided to do a little work, and hangers/hooks on back of door. Refrigerator & TV in the shared common space for everyone to use. Owner is super responsive/helpful via WhatsApp -- my bus ran late from KL so the owner let me do self check-in late that night and it was super easy. I didn't drive but it seemed like there were plenty of parking spaces. Location is in a residential neighborhood so it was quiet at night and about a 5-10 minute walk to local food courts/hawker centers. Well lit at night, locks on the room door & door leading into the common space, I felt safe here as a solo female traveler. Only a 15 minute Grab ride from Old Town area.

Wi-fi was really bad -- super slow and stopped/started a lot. I ended up having to go to a coffee shop to get work done. This is minor, but it would have been nice to have more hooks on the walls & hangers to hang stuff up. If you don't prepay online, this place is cash only.

Everything is clean and safe. Very comfortable and affordable. Near with attractions and best food places.

So Clean 😻😻😻😻 we visit Ipoh for eat and leisure. Just back for shower and sleep. Room quite big for us to perform solat. The property also near with the town. By car around 5- 10 minits . But i like the cleanness. Got water dispenser, iron and board also hair dryer .. sila kekalkan prestasi ok TZY 😁

Nothing . At night ada black dog at car park. But the dog doesnt bite or bark. Just stare at u hahahhaa .

cleanliness is better than 5 star hotels! no frills, basic furnishings which is fine with me. informed by homestay management that guests parking, outside the back door, is monitored by CCTV.

my room was next to the entrance. sleep was disrupted a few times in the dead of the night from the slamming metal entrance door and door of a guest room. sound proofing would be nice or do something to dampen the doors slamming.
