nouvelle marque à VRBO! Nous avons loué pour la semaine de remise des diplômes de l'Académie navale et maintenant la maison sera disponible tout au long de l'année! C'est une grande maison de plage avec une magnifique piscine d'eau salée chauffée de 66 pi dans un environnement magnifiquement paysagé. La maison est un pâté de maisons de la baie et de cinq miles de Annapolis centre-ville historique. Bay Ridge est un beau quartier avec des plages privées et est idéal pour le vélo, la marche, SUP, la course et avoir juste un moment de détente. Il y a de belles vues sur la baie, d'Annapolis, et le Point Lighthouse Thomas.
Annapolis est idéalement situé à 45 minutes à la fois Baltimore et Washington DC, afin que vous puissiez profiter des oriels, ressortissants, Ravens, Redskins et les sites historiques de The Mall.
La maison dispose de planchers de bois franc, appareils en acier inoxydable, une véranda avant et un beau patio de travertin autour de la piscine. Il est une nouvelle marque terrasse couverte, 2 beach cruiser vélos, un vélo de montagne, et un stand up paddle board. Parking pour un maximum de dix voitures. Idéal pour divertir!
Les étudiants et les groupes de moins de 25 doivent avoir des parents sur place.

Nice location and beautiful setting, however could use many updates to the home.
Upon arrival the master bedroom electricity was powered off. Bob the owner had share the location for a key to enter basement to get to breaker. Another issue was the pool lighting and filter were not working correctly, owners did help us figure this out the filter in a reasonable time however the pool light in deep end never did come on. We felt that was important as you need a light in the deep end for night swimming. Kitchen floor, kitchen counters were sticky and there was old food containers from carry out lunged behind kitchen trashcan that was very unpleasant to pick up after. We were not able to access refrigerator in garage as it had some very old and smelly items (not very safe to put food in) clearly someone lives at this home when this is not rented. Bedrooms good sized however master bathroom was full of ants as well as a few spiders. Very outdated décor as well. We did enjoy the pool but beware ducks landed in the pool and well they used it as their private bathrooms so the pool definitely needs to be cleaned. We also did enjoy the patio. On an ending note we cleaned the home at check out and it was left in better shape then upon arrival. The best part of this stay was the location of the home. With a good scrub and many updates this could be a great stay.

We really enjoyed our visit to this house. Everything was fantastic from the views, the pool, and the house. I would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway or graduation week!

Perfect location & property for Navy Commissioning week. Sleeps a lot of people, back yard is absolutely ideal for a fun time. Love the neighborhood & the neighbors were awesome.

What a wonderful spot along the Chesapeake Bay. This beautiful home is nestled in a quiet, lovely neighborhood by the water. Great for walkers, runners, bicycle riders. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay, very enjoyable for three generations of our family. Hands down the pool was the highlight- we didn’t want to leave!

Exquisite yard and home not to mention the glorious pool. It truly defies description. The house was completely stocked and so were the bookshelves. If you don't have fun there there's something wrong with you. Clean too!! did I mention it was very clean?

We loved this location. The house has a wonderful layout for a group. The backyard is perfect for yard games, and the pool just makes it. There is also a nice patio area under cover. The only reason I’m giving the house a 4 is due to the poor lighting in all the rooms, and it needs some decluttering. But anyone who rents will enjoy it!

Six months into the COVID-19 pandemic, we really needed to get away for a few days - and this was the perfect place. Beyond perfect. The pool is spectacular, the house is warm and comfy, and the beach is just a short block away. And the books! There are books in every room. We stayed here with our niece, her husband, and their five-year-old daughter, who threw herself on the front lawn one day and yelled, "This is the best house in the world!" The neighborhood is quiet (with spectacular views of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge) and a perfectly safe place for her to practice her new bike-riding skills. Everything you could want is here - kitchen utensils, tons of towels, you name it. We are already dreaming about our next visit.

After six months of quarantine in DC, my husband and I were looking for a getaway where our toddler could run free and the adults could enjoy more space! The house was exactly as advertised, and the pool and backyard the main draw. Nothing filled us with more joy than seeing our toddler run around the grass, then jump in the pool, then rinse and repeat. In the mornings we walked down the street to the beach so he could play in the sand. The perfect getaway for this family of four. A mere 40 min drive from DC, we felt like we were worlds away from the sometimes cramped confines of city living. We loved our stay and hope to repeat this trip next year! Karen the owner was super responsive to questions and requests. Thank you!

Our family was fortunate to find this gem of a property last minute. Karen was a pleasure to communicate with and responded to inquiries promptly. The home is spacious and comfortable. The pool is delightful and large. The community in which the home is located is special—we enjoyed long walks with phenomenal views. I cannot day enough great things about this house or the wonderful time we had there. We rented Karen and Bob’s property for my mom’s 60th birthday celebration where 8 of us (all adults) stayed very comfortably. The home was cozy and allowed us all to have our own space, but also had so many great areas where we could gather. The family room was a great place to work a puzzle while others were right nearby making dinner. The front porch was such a nice, quiet place to enjoy a cup of coffee. And as you can see from the pictures, the back porch, pool, and beautiful yard were absolutely to die for. We spent much of our time in those areas playing yard games, swimming, and playing cards. The home is also a short block away from the waterfront which made for beautiful morning walks together. The neighborhood was peaceful and absolutely gorgeous. Another great advantage is that it was so close stores and restaurants. We were able to easily run to the grocery store, liquor store, Rita’s, lots of restaurants - you name it. And it was just about 10 minutes to downtown Annapolis where we spent one of our evenings. We made so many great memories here and would love to return sometime in the future. Thank you Karen & Bob for opening your home to us!

Perfect, perfect, perfect. I cannot rave too much about this property or Karen, the owner. The house is perfect - clean, sufficiently modern, sunny, and very comfortable. Karen provides TONS of towels for the pool and in every bathroom. Beds are made with soft, comfy linens. Kitchen is well-appointed. But the outdoor space is the real draw - gorgeous gardens and lush green space are the backdrop for the fabulous pool and deck. We ate nearly all meals outside, grilled and enjoyed every bite. My 2 kids were in the pool all day every day and all 4 adults enjoyed as well. Bikes in the garage made for an easy ride to the beach just 2-3 min (4+ blocks) away. The best of both worlds, pool + beach. While the beach is not great for swimming, it's so peaceful for an after-dinner stroll, sunset walk, kids happily digging in the sand. Karen was super responsive and helpful and terrific. We loved loved loved this house and will be back as soon as we can arrange it!
