J ai du courrir 2 semaines après min dépôt, personne n avais le temps de faire mon remboursement malgré qu ils avaient toutes mes informations. On M a fait rappeller à 4 reprises. Leur machine automatisée ne trouvait pas ma réservation donc pas capable de me rembourser. Le personnel très impatient,

Le personnel chaleureux et souriant. La propreté des lieux et du motel était parfait.

Le côté électrique devrait être refait au plus tôt. Lumière qui allume à moitié dans les toilettes et s’éteignent toutes seules. Aucune prise USB pour branche nos fils. Téléphone ne fonctionne pas et le réveil matin non plus mais il y a une prise USB sur le réveil matin qui elle fonctionnait mais pas à pleine puissance.

The housekeeping walked in while we were sleeping even though we had the do not disturb sign up and when reception asked if we wanted any house keeping during our stay I said no

Location was great. The room was well equipped. Parking was convenient. Noise level was minimal.T

The pile of gravel on the driveway was a bit of an inconvenience. I had to park a bit further when I was loading on departure, and there was a major downpour. The trunk of my car was flooding while being loaded up.

The room was very clean and comfortable, a good sleep.

It took us a while to find the hotel as the numbering was awkward. GPS took us a couple of roads away where the number made sense. Not sure why. I had to call to get directions and the receptionist was very helpful and then it was easy to find it.

Road access was undergoing repairs for potholes. But the worst was the paper thin walls you could hear everything very loudly from other rooms and from the outside. Last, it was genuinely quite far from any main city attraction so if you go you really have to mean to be in Laval rather than Montreal itself. Last, the site lists breakfast in Google but this was confirmed never to be available by management so that's a bit of a false advertising.
