My daughter and grand-daughter and I had a wonderful time; We shopped; we were spoiled at Amerispa. Sheraton gave us coupons for 25.00$ each for Amerispa!!! The pool and hot tub absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. I will be back soon. The staff who spoiled me throughout my visit will always be remembered. Thank you for making my visit special.

Cannot find a thing

only it’s proximity to carrefour Laval

-the reception lady told me i did not pay for my stay although I fully paid online through booking.com -the office chair in the room not comfortable at all and had a back pain because of it -cannot open the window to breeze fresh air in the room!! when asking the reception the lady said you cannot open the window for security reasons!!!

Great service! Even from before we arrived they answered any questions we had. Quick check in and check out. Clean and nice room. We loved that they had the 24h bistro in the lobby! Parking was a breeze as there were two parkings on either side of the building.

Bistro is a little pricey, but the fact that it conveniently is opened 24h and you don’t have to leave the property when you want a snack at 3 am makes up for it!

noisy (highway nearby and badly soundproofed), old (blinds were stuck), smelly (cigarette smell in the non smoking room), pool is not made for swimming, but is indoor in the basement. location is just awful : middle of a parking lot, next to the highway and a mall, stairs feel like you’re gonna get mugged. Congress center is equally noisy (you can hear the music from the lobby), there are no bathroom in the congress center, they are in the lobby: forget a quick bathroom break during a presentation. so overpriced for what it is, it’s obscene.

Hotel was fine, a bit isolated from bus and train.
