The location , very easy to go to Dubai. The size of the apartment

It’s our 6th stay there. The hotel is now overloaded and there is not enough amenities , for example there is a queue for sun bed at the pool. The breakfast is super crowded , you have to wait sometimes 15min before having the elevator… It was not like that previously and the place js not ready to accomodate these amount of person. Also the quality of the breakfast has decreased a lot.

Prietena mea a ajuns la hotel in jurul orei 14:30 la ora 14 trebuia sa fie pregatit apatamentul. Dar au amanat-o pentru ora 17 dupa 15 ore de calatorit. La ora 17 i-au spus ca i-au dat un apartament mai bun... minciuni ,era exact acel apartament din descriere pentru care am platit.m-am simtit injosit pentru ca a fost cadou meu de de 14 februarie si ei s-au dat rotunzi ca i-au dat un apartament mai bun...

The staff is really nice, the views from the room were also nice, the cleanliness was super nice and all together was a good experience!

Only minus which is not really the hotels fault is that if you take the shortest walking route from metro to hotel there is like 100m road of sand.

It’s the second time we stayed in this hotel, and it didn’t disappoint us; comfortable beds, good location, tasty breakfast, nice pool and great service by everyone. Additional plus for us was the washing mashine and the free shuttle bus service.

Da limpeza, areas bem generosas e simpatia dos funcionários.

O pequeno almoço com pouca variedade ocidental. Pouco isolamento nos quartos. Era tipo next to me é ouvia-se tudo do quarto ao lado.

Zgomult mult noapte pe hol , haos la micul dejun si foarte aglomerat , din cauza supaaglomerarii voiam sa luam micul dejun in camera dar am fost refuzati !

Uns hat vor allem das Zimmer und das Personal gefallen. Super freundlich und zimmer wurden täglich geputzt! Das war ein ganz toller Aufenhalt! Nur zu empfehlen

Es gab nicht vieles. Man hatte eine Küche, aber keine sachen zum abspülen. Das hat aber immer die Putzkraft gemacht, man hatte jedoch keine möglichkeit es schnell selber zu erledigen!

breakfast was good

our check in was 1pm but they room was not ready for us. it took them like 6 hours to the room ready like around 6pm it was ready 👎. we have for extra bed they us double the they advertised on the booking app.

Loved the hotel and the staff were exceptional. Service was great and good value. Accessible location to everything.

Bathroom needs a little upgrading from the limescale. Heating for the colder evenings.

The location was good & accessible. Parking was available at the property. The staff were friendly & always accommodating.

Live Band @ Dinner. Maybe just try classical music from a speaker audio system.

Only reservation took more than 40 min and it was very long time as i was driving more than 900 km please try to improve

Probably being overly critical, but there was a bit of a damp smell in the hallway close to the lifts (not in my apartment)...that was the difference between good and outstanding for me 🙏🏾

The srudio Apartment was really clean and cozy. Everithing was really great. I think this hotel has the best vallue for the price.

We were with 2 years old kid, so maybe the playroom could be more equipped. Also the the smell in corridors of the hotel was a bit strange (it was not felt in the room).

Overcrowded reception, and impersonal service. We were just another number. Apartments not well laidout, and not functionlly well equiped. The refrigerator was incorporated in the clothing closet. Although a washer was provided, there was no dryer, so beats the whole purpose, especially as we were on a multi destination travel.

Nothing absolutely nothing the workers where very racist because we are African they helped whites first and we where made last to access check in

Everything they need to be fair and just no selections of colour creed or race because we all provide financial support for the hotel

Far from the Metro station, limited equipment in the kitchen.

Stuff it s super! Kind and they help allways/ Restaurant have good quality on M / but if you go on 29 floor ( it s not to good / only the view it s beautiful )

In the rooms are very windy doors make clauch noise from the wind, it s to cold inside and the chiller i think it s set default on off. Volume of the television it s set default to 9 ( and it s to loud if someone sleep in other room ) To much money for what offer from my point of view
