El alojamiento es sumamente cómodo. De gran tamaño, camas cómodas, espacios compartidos. El ingreso fue super simple. Además estaba perfectamente ubicado. Cerca del French Quarter pero no en medio del lío de bourbon street.

Lo único que mencionaría es que a pesar de estar en el piso 11, se escuchaban bastantes ruidos de la calle por la mañana: camiones, campanadas de la iglesia, alarmas.

Nice 1 bedroom. King bed. Shower only. Washer and dryer in the bedroom. So don’t use while sleeping. TV super small in bedroom, but it served purpose. Fridge was clean. Doorframe to bathroom was broken all up. You can tell they tried to fix it by nailing it down, but that wasn’t as successful as they thought. Small sofa and table. But again, served purpose. GREAT location

No cookware! Had to scramble eggs and fry bacon in a pot. But I did make it work. No backing pans either.

Nice location, walking distance from the French Quarter, just a couple of blocks. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for your stay. Would definitely stay again

We liked the location, ease of access, security guard,rooftop pool area. Really nice apartment for the price!

There was no extra paper products (TP or paper towel) It was nice to have dishes and pans, but there was no real way to clean them, no sponge or dish cloth,or strainer to drip dry.

The location was convenient to transit options and the most popular parts of New Orleans as a first time tourist. The security guard was kind and helpful. Plenty of elevators. Room was spacious and AC worked well once I got it going.

Roami changed dates from what I had paid for and confirmed when they took over for Sonder and I almost didn’t realize until I double checked less than a week before. After I updated my payment method (lost a credit card earlier this year), something was never updated in the system so I continued to get emails threatening to drop my reservation. When I spoke to customer service they said there was nothing to worry about and it would resolve soon but it never did and I had to attempt to update again myself despite the fact that Roami already charged the new card? Check in process was frustrating and confusing. The door to enter the building was finicky and the code I was given to get into the room never worked. I was eventually able to get a hold of customer service to give me a back up code I could use, but continued to indicate that my code should work and that it was user error. The room was poorly cleaned. The trash can in the kitchen stunk terribly and the bag in it was too small to fit properly. (I had to hold my breath when I opened it.) There was visible dust and hair by the bedside table, bed and baseboards. The tap water from the sink had a bad taste that flavor packets couldn’t cover up - it would have been nice to have a filter pitcher or even a single bottle of water since it was 90+ degrees out and no drinkable water. The TV had a remote for Netflix etc but only had a dozen local channels that I could access. No other inputs connected to anything. Maybe this was user error but I’m not that bad with technology, and there were no directions anywhere. There were scratches, chipped paint on the walls, and awkward places on the cabinets and counters where it seemed like whoever had last remodeled had either never used a hammer before or frankly didn’t look at what they were doing. The pool was extremely tiny, pictures must have some very smart angles. There were 2 little kids playing in the pool and they managed to take up the whole thing.

The location was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment prices were very reasonable per night.

The parking options were not the bes.

schöne große Wohnung, Waschmaschine war super, Küche soweit funktionstüchtig, wenn auch nur mittelmäßig ausgestattet, wir hatten 1 Badezimmer mit Toilette und eine einzelne Toilette, ein Schlafzimmer, eine Wohn/Esszimmer mit offenerer Küche und eine Art begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Dort gab es aber zwar viel Platz aber wenig Stauraum durch Schränke, Regalbretter etc. Die Lage war super, ein uber zum Flughafen kostet ca 35€ pro weg und bis zur bourbonstreet sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Mit einem uber sind auch Walmart oder der rousos Markt schnell und günstig zu erreichen.

Es war nicht super sauber, gerade die Küchenausstattung mussten wir vor der Benutzung ordentlich schrubben. Außerdem findet man die typische amerikanische Bettwäsche, die aus Laken, Decke und noch einen Laken (quasi wie ein Sandwich das ständig auseinander rutscht) besteht. Aber das hatten wir in den meisten Hotels in den USA bislang.
