Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful. The food was good and the bed was comfortable.
The Bar Manager was extremely rude. She ignored us at the bar talking to the bartender, then proceeded to assist a caucasian male although we had been waiting much longer. When we went to the desk to complain another manager was assisting us. She knew we were telling him what happened. She started to argue with us trying to defend herself then threw up her hand at us and told him, "You take care of that" and walked off. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. There should be no tolerance for rude, disrespectful and unprofessional employees. We did make a complaint with another manager the next day who said she would address the matter. I could tolerate the bathroom door not closing in a room by myself but not the detrimental treatment. People like that should not be working with the public.

L'emplacement est parfait. A quelques mètres des principaux points d'attraction de cette ville magique. L'insonorisation est elle aussi excellente car malgré la musique omniprésente, les chambres sont silencieuses. La qualité du matelas et la taille du lit (Kingsize) sont idéales pour un parfait sommeil.
1) Il n'y a pas de réfrégirateur dans les chambres malgré une chaleur extérieure de 38 degrés celsius, impossible de garder dans sa chambre des boissons au frais pour se désaltérer. Inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette gamme.
2) Salle de bain et décoration vétuste. Le miroir de ma salle de bain avait ses bords émaillés. La douche n'avait aucune pression à part un filet d'eau, très désagréable pour une douche.
3) Les chambres n'étant pas aérés, les moquettes n'ayant pas été shampooinées depuis des années ... une odeur assez forte de moisi/renfermé surgit quand on rentre dans les chambres. Les femmes de ménage mettent un peu de Febreze mais cela ne tient quelques heures.
4) La piscine est minuscule (bon c'est pas trop grave mais j'étais déçu).
5) Même en retirant la pancarte "ne pas déranger" de ma porte de chambre à 10h30 max, sur 1 semaine les employées de ménage ne sont pas passées (elles étaient très aimables cependant et quand le travail était fait il était très bien fait).

Der Service im Frühstücksbereich war eher schlecht. Ab dem 2.Tag gab es kein Buffet mehr. Die Bestellung dauerte extrem lange, obwohl nur 5 Tische besetzt waren, musste man über eine halbe Stunde auf eine einfache Bestellung warten.

Der Schrank im Zimmer eigentlich unbrauchbar, nirgends kann man eine Jacke oder Hose aufhängen, geschweige denn ein Kleid. Dauerbelästigung durch die Aufzuggeräusche Tag und Nacht, obwohl das Zimmer nicht neben oder direkt gegenüber den Liften lag.

Aunque el desayuno estaba claramente indicado como incluido en el precio de la reserva, el hotel lo cargo a mi tarjeta indicando que era solo para una persona, lo cual no esta indicado en la reserva, donde si dice claramente que esta incluido en el valor total que es una reserva para tres personas. Al momento del Check out, al hacer el reclamo, la persona indico que se eliminaria el cobro, pero todavia no se ha hecho. Considero esto claramente una falta de respeto a las condiciones de la reserva que hice y por lo tanto responsabilidad del Hotel y Booking. Espero se me devuelva el valor cargado a mi Tarjeta de Credito porque sino lo considerare una estafa por parte del hotel. Espero una respuesta de parte de Booking tambien porque sino no serian confiables las condiciones que se indican en las reservas. DM

Struttura posizionata in centro a N.O. a due passi da Bourbon street e di fronte alla fermata di tram e bus con cui si può raggiungere la maggior parte dei punti di interesse della città.
Hotel molto grande ed un po’ datato ma le parti comuni sono ben tenute e pulite.
La mia camera (3427 king ) era ampia e non mostrava particolari segni di usura dati dall’età come anche il bagno anch’esso sufficientemente grande e dotato dei comfort del caso.
Durante il mio soggiorno ho sempre fatto colazione presso lo Starbucks collocato nella zona adiacente alla Hall per cui non posso valutare quella fornita dall’hotel. Comunque ritengo positiva la presenza di tale catena che consente di spendere un po’ meno.
Buona la velocità del Wi-Fi sia nelle camere che nella Lobby.
In Agosto ( bassa stagione ) per 5 notti ho speso € 881 che secondo me è il prezzo corretto. Ovviamente in alta stagione, quando caldo ed umidità concedono un po’ di tregua, i prezzi sono ben diversi.

Wi-Fi a pagamento per chi non è cliente Meriott honors.
Le camere ai piani bassi potrebbero risultare rumorose dato che Canal street è piuttosto trafficata e caotica e i serramenti sono quelli di quando la struttura è stata costruita.

The facility rooms were decent.
I got there and was double charged , prior to leaving I tried to explain it and the desk clerk would not listen . I got home and constantly called the facility with no response it took me two weeks to receive my money back . I also got there at check in standing in a line when I walked up the clerk said he couldn’t help me although I was the next guess in line but he helped the other man who had just walked up . So when the lady called me I asked her was she helping me or the other guy beside me that didn’t walk through the line she said me . If you have special guest or special guest with skip privallages the line should be labeled . I feel as if I’m spending 920 for two nights they are nomore special than me . Even after all the headache I went through I still have never heard from Sheraton or the manager I would never recommend it to anyone all my problems could’ve been avoided had the staff just listened and the manager actually answered the phone and called me back .

Hotel was located in business district near French quarter and attractions. Big room with nice river view.
Service for dinner was really slow at the bar, the only open at the time so we left and went to a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast offerings also medium level for the price you pay.

My husband expensive colonge was stolen out of his truck during Vallet parking. The manager did nothing to compensate him. Instead a parking ticket was issued for us when it shouldn't have. We got extended check out time and it must Have not been communicated between the desk and the vallet parking which screwed us. The whole vallet parking department failed us. I will take my service somebody else the next time I come to New Orleans. I'll also share my experiences with my professional medical staff,family and friends. That was horrible business.

We loved the decor, location, indoor Starbucks, and the view in the room.
•We first arrived and valet was way too pushy and rushing us.
•We asked for someone to please help us with luggage. Valet asked for someone to come out with a cart. The white guy came out bypassed us and went to the white women in the car behind us. I informed him that valet called him out for us. He snapped to wait our turn. He was working in "order". I corrected him that we were ahead of the ladies and called out for us. The valet person was surprised he did this as well. He then tried to lecture us by repeating...patience.
•We then went inside and the asian person at the desk told us that they were overbooked and tried to give us a handicap room by the elevator. I explained that we prepaid on Booking.com and the rate wasn't based on this. She claimed to "refresh" her system and the room style that I booked...was available.
It all felt very racist. I use that word with caution and not that often...but yea, we felt slighted.

Booking site says parking is $42 but when you get there it’s actually $58. Housekeeper came in cleaned the room but things were missing afterwards. A show box, clothes and a pair of prescription glasses. Hotel won’t do absolutely nothing about it. Took her word that she didn’t throw anything away. So now I’m left glasses-less, which are expensive.

Everything was very nice and comfortable - the staff were exceptional from the valets to the bellmen to the front desk lobby staff.
Our phone in our room didn't work, and we had to physically go down to the lobby anytime we needed the bellman, etc. We did tell one of the employees about it on Sarturday but it was not fixed when we left on Sunday morning. The bar tender on Friday night should have had more help- she was frazzled and we had a little wait to get a drink.

The style and location. The room had a great view ans comfortable furniture.
There was not option for self-parking, even though it was advertised. The valet parking was more expensive, and we had to wait two hours to retrieve our car on Sunday (thanksgiving weekend). The in-room service was expensive and they send everything in disposable packages.

Aussicht auf den Fluss Mississippi, das Bett war recht bequem, Lage des Hotels sehr gut, man bekommt lange am Abend noch an der Pelikan Bar etwas zu essen, die Preise sind hierbei auch noch relativ normal.
Überall im Hotel war es viel zu kalt, oft hat es gezogen, der Teppich im Zimmer ist nicht besonders hygienisch, die Dusche in der Badewanne war eine Zumutung - der "Einhandhebel" ist leider unbrauchbar, meist viel zu heiß dass man sich verbrüht und man kann es nicht kälter stellen. Die Hälfte des Personals beim Frühstück war relativ unhöflich.
