There was no daily maid service. I had to get fresh towels myself at the front desk every day and request a maid service one of the days because our towels and trash piled up.

Nice location
Doors did not go to the floor so you can hear everyone’s conversations. Short staffed can’t even get room service unless you request it 24 hours in advance. Hotel smells like mildew and very stuffy. Elevators look really suspect missing lights and hot. no resturant or pool at property or much of anything to do.. king room has internal windows only!!

Dryer softner sheet found in the refrigerator. Reported to manager on duty Friday. No offer to clean the refrigerator but would send someone to remove it. Why would there be a dryer softner sheet in the refrigerator? 🤢

The location was great and close to Canal and Bourbon St. It was a pleasant surprise when I checked into the hotel and saw a welcome sign with my name on it. I was chosen hotel guest of the day and I received a nice gift bag. The lady at the desk was very nice to us. Sorry I can't remember her name.
I called the front desk about breakfast and was told they didn't serve breakfast. We took a short walk to IHOP.

1. There was huge rats in the parking garage
2. Parking was so hard to enter and exit because the ramp is so steep and small .
3. Booking stated this location had breakfast they did not!

5. The beds were dirty, I ended up get bleach wipes and cleaning our bed

7. Parking spots were very small!!!

This property is in a great location! It’s far enough from the French Quarter to feel safe, but didn’t feel unsafe to walk home from French Quarter either.
Our room didn’t have windows to outside, only windows back out into the hotel floor so we did miss the natural light after a little while but that wasn’t a big deal really. Furniture & fixtures are a little dated but not bad.

Location is great right off canal street! I hope they open the coffee shop that’s located inside hotel that would actually be a great bonus. Room clean but coffee maker had residue that didn’t look too good so we walked to Sheraton to hit up Starbucks.I think this will actually be my go to when in New Orleans!

This hotel is located near (walking distance) Bourbon Street but far enough away that you don't hear the after hours noise. Also close to a walgreens for bottled water and snacks. The inside is very unique with windows facing out into the hotel. The front doors are locked at night so staff monitors who gets in. An Indian restaurant is connected to the hotel. Bedding seemed clean with white sheets used. Hot water and clean bath tub and toilet. Our refrigerator was really cold. Compared to the hotels in the area and it's location it's a good price if you book in advance.
Sorry my images are from after the weekend to prove we didn't wreck the place so I could get my deposit back.
1) walls are thin. I suggest earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
2) lobby bathroom was closed the entire weekend (iykyk).
3) some staff members seemed annoyed by general questions.
4) a second hold amount of $100 dollars was placed on my card that booking.com doesn't tell you about (at least I didn't see).
5) floors were very dirty. No walking in socks or Barefoot. Bring Sandals or slippers.
6) lighting in the room was poor.
7) doors slam shut. Every time a neighbor left or returned it shook the door and closet door. Was like that on the whole floor.
All rooms could use a deep cleaning and this hotel would sparkle.

We were there multiple nights and our room was never turned. Had to ask for more towels, coffee, toilet paper etc. from the front desk Restaurant was closed too. we have stayed there other times and had a much better experience. It’s great for those spending one night but more than one I would recommended you look elsewhere.

I had to have my Keyes reset like 4 times they Said my vehicle was too large for their parking garage so I had to park 2 blocks away in a city run garage! also the toliet was leaking in my room and the busines center was closed on the final day i was there.

We did like the location, close to the French Quarter, which felt very safe.
ALL king rooms look to the inside of the building which means they do not have a window. The pictures are definitely misleading and should be changed, showing that you won't see any daylight. And if the staff tells you upon arrival that you will be able to move to a different room (with a window) on the next day, don't believe it...

I like the location and the large bathroom in the suite!
I did not like some of the staff bad attitudes and being rude to costumers. Check in checkout front desk worst experience ever. Also, no housekeeping to bring up towels, tissue, etc.
