Everything was beautiful and the staff is wonderful! The sent up macaroons and champagne when we shared the reason for our trip. Just such a lovely staff.

On sunday 8/4/24, security officer asked me and hubby for our black card. No one else was asked for their black card.

Good location near restaurants and trolley stop

No refrigerator that I could use

The lobby, gym, and other public areas were modern, clean, and trendy. The location was great on the edge of the French quarter and warehouse district, perfect for both.

The pictures shown on the website of the guest rooms are not at all representative of the standard rooms. Our room was just fine but not what we expected based on the pictures. The pictures of the bedrooms/washrooms were really unique and dramatic which is why we booked this hotel over another. The room we got was just an average hotel room with the view of a brick wall.

Location was nice, we went to the Saenger and Roosevelt.

The entrance although quirky was dark and un inviting. The rooms were clean but the maid service wasn’t consistent so not always cleaned to the same standard.
