Good location

Tiny room, horrible front desk staff

Great location! Literally 1 block from Canal. The hotel was clean and well managed. The room was small but clean and well decorated. Plus you don’t go to NoLa to sit in a room, so it didn’t matter. Lastly, All the ladies at the front desk were helpful and so nice.

I liked everything.

Very close to the action but still had privacy and was surprisingly quiet. Room decor is really nice and shower is perfect.

Location was Excellent. Right around the corner from Canal and Bourbon Street. Exactly what I was looking for when I booked a hotel since we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Short walk also to the Superdome!

Room was excellent, except it did not have a microwave, and the refrigerator did not have a freezer section. Also, we had a homeless man camped right out in front of the hotel entrance, which was uncomfortable to keep walking past .

I didn’t like the woman from off the street bothering me as we were waiting for our car. She was talking about other guests that were in there waiting

Price to high

This was the absolute cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived housekeeping was all over the place cleaning and all were very cheerful and seemed happy on their jobs.

No dislikes. This was in a great central location to access Bourbon St.. Harrah's and the Riverwalk. Been to Nola many times but never this satisfied with my accomodations.

Friendly staff

Parking at the off site. Was three blocks away in a garage that was on its last leg and down right scary to get to my car. And they charged 40+

Room was clean & great location.

No one at reception desk & no toiletries but upon checkout, we learned we were last guests to stay there. They had just been officially closed & changed to new ownership. The hotel will be renovated but they should have stopped taking reservations.
