Elevator was a little slow

The location was great. Close to Bourbon street but very quiet. Beds were comfy. Inner courtyard was pretty

Worn out feel. Practically no amenities. Hotel bar was closed. Elevator was broken. Had to take the stairs to 4th floor. Lobby had a generic feeling, no character and coffee was not very good. Key card kept failing. The courtyard was very nice but not as clean as it should be. Cushions on seating needs a good scrubbing.

No Microwave and small fridge in room.

Right in the centre of the French quarter. Easy to walk to most places.

Room wasn’t super clean - dust all over the floor, foot print on my pillow and a clump of hair left in the shower. The sun loungers and sofas are filthy - don’t think they’ve ever been cleaned. Other than that fine - but I’d just point out there is zero sound proofing in this hotel. You can hear absolutely everything happening in the hallway and in the rooms next to you, let alone the party noise from outside.

I love the properties boutique feel and little plung pool.

unfortunately the restaurant and bar are no longer open and although I could cope without the restaurant. it would’ve been nice to have an option of a bar when at the pool.

we loved the pool and the location! we were expecting more noise from bourbon st but in our room it was very minimal!

No restaurant or even a vending machine and the bar was closed. yes you can find restaurants right around the hotel but these places often had a long wait. I grab and go food option would have been nice.

Location was fantastic, if you want to party or be IN the action all the time. The room was super comfortable and well equipped.

Requesting a room NOT facing the street would provide a much quieter sleeping environment. The pool was shaded and very small.

It was a good location. It was guiet. I enjoyed the courtyard area. Staff were very nice. I would stay there again.

Bathrooms need updating, pocket door hard to open and close, shower needs a curtain not just open
