Magnificent property!

Location is a bit remote.

Everything, in particular the Staff, every person was happy, courteous and professional. The Hotel was nostalgic and old fashioned, in the good quality of service and courtesy. the Hotels rooms fantastic.

Calming and comforting this is how I will describe my stay at the Maidens. The pool area is very clean, elegant, it feels like an oasis, peaceful, relaxing , surrounded by beautiful grounds and a majestic peacock, birds, few monkeys.Staff friendly and attentive, ( special at pool where we spent most of time on our stay) . Food was delicious , the complimentary water bottles in the room and by the pool it was very nice touch . Very generous, great hospitality in Oberoi Group.

There’s nothing to complain about hotel .The service and my overall experience was 10 out 10 . A little recommendation for the suite rooms some diffusers with some aromatic scent or essential oils would help with the humidity smell , it’s understandable because of the Tropical monsoon climate and the old historical building .

Le style de l’hotel, qui a gardé tout son charme du début du XXeme siècle Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, que ce soit à l’accueil, dans les deux restaurants, ou même à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Ils sont disponibles pour répondre à toutes les demandes, et toujours très volontaires pour aider ! On se sent très en sécurité, et la propreté des chambres ainsi que de l’hôtel en lui même est irréprochable ! La chambre est particulièrement spacieuse, et le service d’housekeeping est très méticuleux, avec beaucoup de petites attentions à destination des clients, ce qui est très agréable quand on rentre le soir.

Dans l’ensemble tout était très bien. Petit bémol peut être pour la piscine, qui est vraiment très chaude, et ne permet pas vraiment de se rafraîchir des grosses chaleurs qu’il peut faire à Delhi en plein mois d’août. Également, si les restaurants proposent une nourriture très bonne et travaillée, il faut souvent attendre plus de 40 minutes pour avoir son plat, ce qui n’est cependant pas si grave quand on est en vacance ! Peut-être manquait il un peu de transparence sur certains frais, notamment deux petites bouteilles d’eau qui nous ont été « offertes » par le maître nageur, puis finalement facturées au moment du check-out.

Everything from the moment we arrived to the moment we left was excellent. The staff could not be any more pleasant and went out of their way to fulfil any request we had promptly, politely and with enthusiasm which started from the hotel manager down through her staff. The hotel itself is well maintained whilst still retaining the original character and charm. The food was excellent with plenty of choices. The room was spacious and gave us plenty of space to relax and unwind. I 100% recommend this hotel should you get the opportunity to book it.

Excellent service and value in every aspect. Warme seamless welcome and check-in with an unexpected upgrade. Staff were all friendly and exceptionally hospitable.
