I liked nothing as i was not given the room accommodation, stating that rooms are not available.

Even after booking the room a month prior and paying the amount in full and also receiving the confirmation mail, when i reached the hotel i was told by Mr. Niranjan (front office in-charge) that they have kept room for me in other hotel as they were sold out. when i asked why was not I informed about the same, the reason given was they did not have the number, which is not acceptable reason as i booked via fab hotel. The alternative accommodation was given to me in apartment rooms, i had to tell them that i have paid for the hotel unit room and not apartment room. then they again shifted me to other other hotel, which i felt was okay and was also quite inside from the main road. I requested Niranjan again that later in the day if there is any check out, plz shift me to the hotel i booked any how. To which Mr. Niranjan replied, its our mistake we arranged alternative accommodation for you, we should have told you no in first place and that we can not do anything. A guest travelling all the way from Mumbai to Hyderabad for business, thinking that he will check n the room , freshen up and leave for meetings has to waste 1 hr. travelling from one hotel to another and getting tired. I tried call FAB hotel customer care number but on selecting the option for existing booking related queries, the call got disconnected twice. What should I understand by this????

Cleanliness and ambiance in the dining area is to be improved.

Nothing the staff are very rude, useless, a batch of fake n liars, this hotel dont even deserve INR 500 per day, they lie on Everything, not wake up call, despite requested, lie about transfer to airport, they tried best to make us miss our flight, highly not recommended

Except the location of the hotel, we did not like anything.

Room was not clean, Beds were dirty & room was full of dust. after we asked, room was cleaned & bedsheet was changed. No facilities privided in the room (ex: Tea/Coffee hot water machine).

The service was upto the mark. I really appreciate staying at the service and quality of rooms provided. Would love to stay again soon.

breakfast is best. but very small room they provide for the breakfast.

It took 2 hours for my dinner order. Had to go down and chase it up after 3 phone calls.

Good ambiance and excellent service. I am also impressed by the location.
