I loved the location -- very easy to access and is near 24-hour establishments like the Carrefour supermarket and McDonald's branch right around the corner. The communal snack bar is also a big plus for me, unlimited snacks and drinks, of course, you are not allowed to take it out of the dining area. But overall, a great addition to the hotel experience.

If they can improve their elevator facilities and also advise the clients that they will be holding a certain amount on their credit cards as a security deposit, it would be great.

Spacious bathroom

The room was comfy and had a big desk which was great for doing my work at. The free snacks were great, could feed a family of 4! Perfectenschlag.

bad smell radiating from the bathroom, can be helped by leaving the extractor on for w a while. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything?

Their flyers and pillows weren’t cleaned and they just said “sorry” at the end and didn’t really take an action to solve the problem.

location is nice shops around, when night time best is using life at Lin Sen road side, as the other lift on the other side is a bit noisy as there are bars n night club, room was nice with good view of trees.

The towels is almost fat and hard.
