The location is close to the airport. You can book the shuttle bus from the hotel for 12 USD one way. The staff is kind and helpful.
The mosquito net is too small for double bed, so it is attached to your skin while sleeping.

We were very satisfied with the staff. We arrived 4am on the night of our stay, and the lady at the reception promptly offered a late checkout for 4pm. That was all we needed to have a decent day in Dubai.
The shuttle service form the airport is a lie. Although the title of the hotel mentions that, they only offer it for a few times during the morning and that’s all. Besides that, they don’t provide you any information about it before the stay. I booked expecting to have more info about it through messaging the hotel, but they never replied it to me. So, I got to the airport and had to get a taxi to get to the hotel and back.

The staff were very friendly, hotel was clean and reasonable distance from airport. stayed for one night and had a good nights sleep.

The menu needed uopdating, with very little choice. The road to reach the hotel is not maintained, and very bumpy, still under construction. Look forward to it being completed one day!

The hotel was very responsive to all my messages. As we checked in late at night, they told us to take extra time for the check out. The property and all its facilities were very cleanly maintained. The staff are very polite and helpful. Pick up from the airport and drop the next day was prompt.
The approach road to the hotel was in bad condition but this is not the fault of the hotel!

near to the airport, convenient for overnight stay due to a long layover. modern new rooms with all the basic facilities needed. very friendly and helpful staff member in reception.
terrible sand roads to get there, taxi had to go extremely slow. bed quite firm but more comfortable sleepover than sleeping on a plane

Comfortable spacious room ideal for an overnight stay. Easy check in, air con worked efficiently, hot water shower. Great value for money.
Bed was a little uncomfortable. A small amount of maintenance needed e.g. new tiles in bathroom.

People friendly and attends to guest needs promptly
Washrooms and showers not working properly. Instant showers not east to regulate water temperature, often too hot or too cold. Toilets don't flash properly. No mosquito nets in some bedrooms or beds, shower rooms don't drain properly.
