The grounds and beaches are beautiful. We enjoyed snorkeling right off our beach. Food and service was good. The rooms are a good size and provide lots of storage.the resort feels more authentically Mexican but the room decor is dated.

The air conditioning was poor. The stairs and hill climbing are strenuous. Shuttles are an option but then you are tipping all day long.Few rooms have balconies.There wasn’t much entertainment.

Habia hormigas en la habitación, el refrigerador se deshielo en diversas ocasiones y mojo el piso de la habitacion.

Emplacement bord de mer Mer pas trop agitée. Piscines ou l’on peut nager. Excellente nourriture .

Déplacement en voiturettes. Établissement bruyant. Très difficile d’avoir un transat car bloqués dès le petit matin.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Even though buggies were available, everything was easily accessible and we walked. We spent our time on the wonderful Mexicana beach and again was so clean and looked after, the staff were amazing and a special shout out to Firman the barman who was brilliant. In fact all of the staff made the holiday what it was, if you don't have good staff it can ruin everything - they were all amazing in whatever area they worked in. Buffet was so much better than we thought. Will def recommend and will def come back again.

The balcony could have been made a little more attractive, it was the only area that seemed a bit shabby. The specialized restaurants are a good idea but felt a little rushed between courses. The Eastern one was our least favorite, the food was not authentic at all but interior was lovely. We also ate in the Mexicana and Mediterranean which were both very nice.

Great location, really nice beaches, good pools.

The food was mediocre at best and quite disappointing. The liquor used for the “basic” package (we didn’t upgrade) was not good at all.

The location is amazing. The hotel and its gardens are beautiful

property was nicely secluded, good security and had many tour options

room had sewage smell sometimes. shuttle service from room to lobby was not predictable, some people seemingly had higher priority. didn’t understand why.

The property was clean, they had live music every night and all the employees where very friendly.

The only thing it was not walking distance to the centro.
