Casa Santa Cruz a été récemment rénovée et prête à accueillir vos prochaines vacances en famille! Explorez Huatulco et la magnifique côte d'Oaxaca tout en restant dans votre propre maison privée. Détendez-vous en écoutant les sons du parc national à proximité - Bienvenue au paradis!
La maison dispose de beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre au bord de la piscine, à quelques pas de la zone principale de Santa Cruz.
L'étage principal comprend un salon donnant sur la cour et la piscine, ainsi qu'une cuisine bien équipée, une salle à manger et une salle de bains.
A l'étage, il y a 4 chambres spacieuses et 3 salles de bains. Les chambres sont équipées de ventilateurs et de la climatisation. 3 des chambres ont vue sur le parc de l'autre côté de la rue, 1 donne sur la piscine à l'arrière. Trois des chambres ont des lits queen size. la 4ème chambre a 3 lits simples.
Situé à quelques pâtés de maisons du parc national, il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du parc Santa Cruz, siège du marché bio du samedi et du café Huatulco. Le parc est entouré de restaurants, de boutiques et se trouve à côté du port de plaisance.
La plage de Santa Cruz se trouve dans une baie abritée et est l’une des meilleures plages de baignade de la région. Vous avez le choix entre la plage de l’océan ou votre piscine privée, le meilleur des deux mondes!

We loved the area, the property was perfect for my family. Anything that we needed was looked after or delivered promptly, great management of the property. Great experience!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the house! We had everything we needed to make our week in Huatulco comfortable and enjoyable. Norma was very good at answering questions and communicating with me before our stay, as well as during our stay if we had questions. The house is on a fairly busy street, but there was not a lot of traffic noise at night, and the neighbours were quiet for the most part, with the exception of one night when the neighbours behind us and over one, had a 'fiesta'. Santa Cruz beach was only a 5-10 minute walk away, which was great, and when we wanted to go into La Crucecita (10 minutes away by taxi for $35 pesos), or to another beach, it was very easy to get a taxi by waving one down right outside the house. Taxi prices were fair and consistent. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance of the house as well. The only issue worth mentioning, which we have shared with Norma, is the address of the house needs to be clearer on VRBO. On the way to the house from the airport, our taxi drivers were confused and had a hard time finding it. Members of my group arrived on 2 different days and it happened both times. The area is divided into sectors, so the sector letter to identify the neighbourhood is a key piece of information needed to locate the house. Overall, Huatulco is a lovely part of Mexico! The weather was fantastic, the pool was nice and cool after a hot day at the beach, and all the people we met were super friendly.

Loved our stay. Would have been nice for air conditioning in living area. November is very hot. Thank goodness for the pool. It was a 10+ The pool was cleaned twice a week. Loved having the pool. Easy to get a taxi. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Place was very clean. It’s a lovely place. Would stay again.

The property and photos were spot on for the listing. It is a beautiful home in a peaceful and safe area. We were just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. Many taxes also pass up and down the road so it was an easy option as well. Norma was super quick and responsible throughout our trip. In the evenings it was nice to relax by the private pool or lay in the hammock with the kids. We loved Huatulco and will definitely be back!

All good with the exception of intermittent hot water and main floor toilet kept plugging. Location was excellent as was Tania the property manager.

Enjoyed our stay, Norma was great in staying in contact with us and as well as helping with anything we needed. Great location and no problem getting a taxi, as they go by the house frequently. Only complaint, are the neighbours dogs. Not at night but every morning for a couple of hours. Not much you can do about that. Would definitely stay here again.

First time - Family vacation in Huatulco
We had a great time in the house and enjoyed all Huatulco activities! House is clean and has all amenities you need for your staying. AC in the dorms is a plus! Our host Norma kept us in the loop to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommended.

We loved the house and it’s location. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and appliances (coffee grinder, blender, coffee maker and toaster). There was also laundry soap, dish soap and a good supply of toilet paper (I mention these three things as I have stayed in rentals that did not provide these things).
Norma was a great host who did responded promptly to our inquiries and she allowed us a later checkout (2:00) which accommodated our flight departure times.
Check-in was with a property manager with very little English so that was a bit challenging but I am striving to learn Spanish better.
This was our first time renting outside of a condo complex and we were unprepared for the neighbourhood dogs barking at 4:30/5:30 in the morning (pretty much daily). Our solution to that was to then sleep with the windows closed and run the air conditioner but it took three early sleepless mornings to figure that out.
Overall, a fabulous place...if you sleep with ear plugs or have a sleep machine this place would be no problem.
