We truly enjoyed our stay in Rochester at the Slatterly Park home. Such interested decor and layout. If I return to Rochester I would definitely want to stay again. Alex was easy to communicate with--quick and efficient. Entry was flawless. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the Roku too. We watched the Elvis movie which certainly dates us. My only disappointment was we had hoped for three bikes and that was not the case. Other than that, this was a great stay. I highly recommend it.

Neighborhood was quite and house was in a location that was easy to find. House is older and had a slight musty damp smell we opened some windows and use some air freshener that took care of the odor. Otherwise the beds were comfy and the house was clean. It was nicely decorated and felt welcoming. Would stay again.

The house was in a good location for Mayo Clinic and a good price. However, the living room couch and beds need some updating. We were unaware that there was a second unit/living space above us. We didn’t know this since it was listed as a single family home. We were caught off guard by hearing footsteps and voices upstairs.

Great stay at this property. Water pressure in the shower is incredible. Beds were decent. Thank you.

The only thin g we did not enjoy was the living room couch , it was not comfortable, it really needs to br replaced. other than that we really enjoyed out stay for my sons surgery.

Nice place to call home for a few days. The property location is in a nice neighborhood that was very quiet.

Perfect location and the house was great. Downstairs bedroom worked well for some privacy.

This was my first experience renting. Great communication with owner. The accommodations were clean and sufficient. I read In reviews that the older house smelled musty so I came prepared with a diffuser, which was very helpful. The neighborhood felt safe and seemed quite.

Old high school buddies had a very relaxing time getting together in Rochester. This house was perfect for us. Very comfortable and owner maintained good communication. Thanks.

We loved this property! We were in Rochester for medical reasons and had to extend our stay twice. Alex was more than accommodating! We loved having a place to call home while one of us was undergoing medical tests and a hospital stay. We would definitely stay again!

The house has adorable décor. The beds are comfy, there are soft and firm pillows on each bed and there are even suitcase racks. The water pressure in the main bathroom is awesome! (That is not the case in the basement bath.) The towels, washcloths, blankets & rugs are all in perfect shape.The owners do a great job in providing the essentials; hangars, a hairdryer, paper products, bath/dish soaps, fully stocked kitchen, ice trays on the ready, and even the tv/roku set up for immediate use. There are also bikes & helmets to use, we just didn’t have time. But what a nice treat for guests!The neighborhood is clean and well taken care of. Families out walking and visiting with each other.Our group did feel that the railing on the back steps should be completed for safety reasons. And the bedsheets should be replaced as they are pilling and running thin. And there could be a full length mirror somewhere in the home. (All girls in this group. )We would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. Our only suggestion is to only use the front door with the railing issue at the back door.

House was nice and clean but did have a musty smell. Beds weren't great and water was scalding hot. Alex did reply to my concerns.

Location is great. Close to parks, shops, restaurants but tucked away on quiet two block street. I would suggest bringing your own pillows. I just couldn't get comfy with the ones provided. Otherwise was clean and everything else you might need is there.

Very cute older home that has been updated. Just the two of us so perfect size.

Check in was very easy. Alex is personable and accomodating. The property is as described. My husband and I stayed here while in town for medical appointments, and it was less than a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic.

An old 1930s style home which someone completely renovated and still has that early century charm. It is clean, in a lovely neighborhood, and beautifully decorated. Well worth the expense.
