Great location...central to everything and close to train station.

Only 1 key provided which was an inconvenience as keys were needed for the main entrance and stairwell

Fantastic trip. It’s difficult to give it an 8 as it was more than sufficient for our group of 1 adult and 2 teens. A nice basic apartment with everything we needed and more. Great location. Easy handover, handy parking.

it was spotless, homely and so well equipped. it had such a warm cosy feeling and really felt like you were at home. Chris is so helpful and we loved it

Some hand soap in the bathroom would have been handy. The main light in the communal stairwell wasn’t working but obviously that’s not a reflection on the apartment itself!

the place is cozy, is walking distance to city hall , st George Market and Vitoria Square .

It was clean, comfortable and easy walking time to the shops, restaurants and the ICC

the apartment was a little smaller than expected - would be cramped for 4 people. With windows open it was noisy outside at night, but this isn't the fault of the owner, just an issue with the area - across from a nightclub. Fine with windows shut. TV had many channels but couldn't seem to get terrestrial channels which was more irritating than i thought it would be.

We had a fabulous relaxed stay in this lovely apartment. Brilliant location right in the city centre. Short walking distance to great bars/restaurants and plenty of shops as well as public transport nearby. The property was spotless. Recently renovated felt very modern and clean. It was also decorated and furnished beautifully had a warm homely feel to it. Beds were very comfortable, we all had a great nights sleep. The host was very friendly and pleasant to communicate with, always contactable and extremely helpful. All instructions were given in a very clear and organized manor. The price was excellent for the convenience of the location and the facilities such as a large fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom, fresh linen and towels were provided, wifi and a flat screen TV, sofa bed and even a parking space available! Would recommend this property and the host to anyone looking for an enjoyable stress free stay in Belfast especially for the price!

This is an amazing apartment, modern and cosy with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, as it is central and close to trains and busses (with links to Belfast and Dublin airports). There's a lovely view towards the university with church towers in the distance, and the City Hall and pedestrian areas are just a short walk away. We were in Belfast to attend a graduation, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It felt like home away from home. The owner was very helpful and kind, and provided all the information we needed. I can only recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

Apartment was very central, clean and modern. Rooms were lovely and there was everything you could think of needing for a trip. The host was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

We were about ten or fifteen minutes from the city centre so we walked to save looking for parking. Lovely cosy apartment with netflix on TV which was a great bonus. Chris the owner was easy to contact and very helpful with everything. Had a lovely stay there and would return again.

Great location and easy access. The interior decoration is very beautiful and comfortable! I really recommend Chris's house if you're in Belfast.
