I did not like anything inside the hotel... Only the outer area location was Good & Neat.

No room service since we stayed for 2 days. No service boy came with us to guide the room & addressing. When we stayed in the room, bathroom flush was repaired, felt uncomfortable. Noise in the night around 9-10 someone is jumping from up, & walking on top ceiling. no other customer was stayed in that floor during that time, but there were hotel staffs. felt uncomfortable at night to sleep.

Hello I have not stayed in the hotel since my programme was cancelled on 12th May' 22. I requested refund the amount of Rs.503.59 being the amount paid as an advance as I was insisted to pay such a amount that it was paid on 10th May on line .You are requested to repay the amount at the earliest but dont repeat to give my suggestions about your oyo hotel.Inspite mu several messages you are not at all bothered but still asking whether my staying in the hotel id good .I think you people are not at all seeing the letters of the customers but you people are not taking exact reply to the customer With regards Duraiswamy P
