This was one of the cheapest options I could find. So the price was alright. Bed and WiFi were good. Over all decent.

The room had only a window to the hallway, the bathroom had a window that was partially just permanently open in the shower towards the hallway. Like it's high up but it still felt a bit open... Also invited bugs in. The one light in the room was super bright, like kinda blinding, and had no lampshade or anything. No locker/safe in the room. No breakfast option or towels provided, but I think I knew that when I booked, I just forgot, so that's on me. It just made it feel strangely empty. The shower water pressure was super weak. Over all an okay place to stay on a budget but I kinda was looking forward to something better from the pictures...

La limpieza, todos los dìas nos cambiaban las sabanas y toallas. que teniamos aire acondicionado y ventilador muy tranquilo nada de ruido externo.

Que era el màs retirado del centro.

Es un lugar muy cómodo y limpio, está muy cerca de Crucecita, con fácil acceso para transportarse en Taxi a las habías.

Todo me agrado mucho.

Un buen lugar para hospedarse si se tiene pensado visitar las Bahías, muy cerca de Crucecita, dónde se disfruta mucho en la tarde noche, con muchos lugares donde comer.

The photos on the web doesn t reflect what really look like.. Don t trust the photos as the rooms and the swimming pool are not what you see in reality.

We like the friendly staff and how helpful tyey were with all requests. The area where the hotel is, is perfect for walking anywhere. The new tourist corridor is close by and we were able to walk to the 2 beaches easily from the Hotel. This is only if you like lots of walking and can do hills. The little restaurant across the street was so sweet and i could eat there everyday easily. The Hotel was very clean and staff were always moving around cleaning all corners. We were a little worried that things would get loud at night, but it seemed that exactly at 10am every night all went quiet. What a treat.

The first room we had was a room without a window. Felt more like a cell than a hotel room. The rooms only had lightbulbs, no light coverings at all. We did get moved to a room with a window and a shared balcony the next day. Again this room only had light bulbs and no coverings and no side tables with reading lights. The WIFI as described by other travellers was quite bad and that really does cause problems when you are travelling internationally relying on wifi. I don't think this would be hard to fix as other other nearby restaurants had amazing wifi. In this day and age this problem is a HUGE detriment to the whole hotel, and if this was fixed I think you would see a change. I realize this is not meant to be a high end resort, but with some easy and small changes you could make this a more charming place to stay.

Great value for money! The rooms are very basic and the building doesn't have much character but very clean, great wifi, great AC, short walk to the main square, close to good restaurants and a big comfy bed with decent pillows ( often the budget places have lumpy pillows but these were great!). After checking out, the staff allowed us to use a spare guest room to shower before getting on our night bus which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend to a friend if they were on a tight budget.

The building lacks character but the price is great for what you receive! We didn't use the pool so cannot comment on that.

Central location, comfy bed and pillows, good water pressure, the fans and air conditioners worked properly, and the cleaning staff were attentive.

I was assigned to room #33, the worst location for a room in the entire hotel, as it’s next to the staircase and pool and all the noise from those areas. After the construction noise all day and the children playing / screaming all day into the evening, the water truck comes at 9:30pm to refill the pool. Again, very loud for another 30 mins. I wanted to leave but I was so sick and weak from gastroenteritis that I put in earplugs and stuck it out for a couple nights. The receptionist staff are ambivalent, not hospitable.

The staff were courteous, friendly, and attentive. The location is perfect, it is located near hotels and restaurants.

The rooms are VERY OLD! Our room was missing a chair, wardrobe, and the bathroom window was broken. The AC and fan were RUSTED, the bathroom's mirror was super old and opaque. The window's curtain was old, dusty, and blocking the AC's air flow. The pictures on the website does NOT reflect the rooms at all!
