stylish and newly renovated small building with a free washing machine and dryer in basement suite convenient for long professional stays. the unit is comfortable, well equipped and very clean.

the unit is smaller than expected, essentially a hotel room and it is not possible to use the kitchen corner outside a quick breakfast ( even the toaster triggers the fire alarm ! ). The building was very clean upon arrival but then there were some issues with the cleaning team and the staircase was left unkept for a week. Nothing terribly unpleasant but still … There are also many small units ( Dens) in this building so quietness depends on people behavior. When the neighbor above decided for a heavy work out on an early Saturday morning then you are done sleeping .. ( it happened)

The noice from the neighbours and the street is unbearable! They write that we have an access to parking! NO! We don’t! Parking on the street where the cleaning is every morning at 7 A.M!!!! If you don’t leave, you will get a fine!

The location is fantastic and they have all the amenities we needed and I have to mention the room is really cute.

There isn’t actually free parking as they advertise on their page. The night we checked in we spent an hour finding parking and ended up getting a parking ticket the next morning. None of this is their fault of course, but I expected there to be a parking lot or a designated space for us to park as advertised. We also only had one towel to share between me and my girlfriend. I reached out through Booking messenger every day for three days until they finally brought us another one. Communication wasn’t an issue here because they got back to us every time telling us that they would bring us an extra towel and then got back to me later saying they’d get them tomorrow. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay with them in the future.

fit my location needs perfectly. Clean and comfortable. fair value.

I needed to call to get the WiFi log on. building is not very soundproof but luckily the neighbors were quiet.
