The staff was so friendly and definitely gives their best service! The room was fine and match its reasonable price!

I just stayed here for refreshing myself for going to the airport. The staff did everything they could to give me a early check-in. I got even an upgrade of my room. Very pleasant. They provided me good information about transport.

Mucho ruido con el abrir y cerrar de puertas. Internet es penoso. Apenas llegaba al mega y se desconectaba a menudo. La habitación olía "raro" Sensación de estar en un burdel entrando y saliendo gente constantemente. Al quejarme de los ruidos y no poder dormir, el recepcionista me dice que " aquí es normal" Falta de profesionalidad. No puedes abrir la ventana porque las Palomas tienen sus nidos fuera y pueden entrar. Ventana llena de excrementos de paloma sin limpiar desde hará meses... La TV cambiaba sola de canal cuando el vecino de al lado cerraba la puerta de manera violenta:D El sensor anti incendios reventando. La habitación se comunicaba con la de al lado por medio de otra puerta 🤨 Depósito de 100RG que no aparece en booking Penoso todo.

Very friendly gentleman at the reception. He even gave me a free room upgrade. The room was very nice. There were 2 free water bottles as well. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. The hotel is at a great location if you need to catch a train in the morning. :)) Great prices for the stay as well! Can absolutely recommend this hotel.

You need to pay 100 MYR in cash as a deposit. The room was cleaned but I saw a cockroach on the floor at night, but I don’t mind that much. The shower drain was clogged so the bathroom floor was covered in water after I showered. But these were just a minor problems for me. Overall the hotel is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
