Located in the heart of all the attractions. Park your car and walk or bike everywhere. Beach right outfront of building. Excellent view from the balcony. Everything you need is provided and works. We had a great time.

The 4th street, 5th floor corner location on the boardwalk, the communication and assistance from Ken, and the views, could not have been better. We were aware from the clear listing there would be steps up and down, between both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and the main floor. But it did get tiresome living on a split level for us, especially for my husband with severe rheumatoid arthritis. There was also another half flight of steps just to get to the elevator for the building, making moving in and out of the unit challenging without a cart available until reaching the elevator landing. I want to add that we are not smokers, and are unable to tolerate smoke, so the constant pollution from the frequent smoking by our neighbors on their balcony was very disturbing, since the balcony is so wonderful to sit out on and enjoy the expanse of ocean and boardwalk views. I believe for this unit, smoking is not allowed even on the balcony. I imagine this is completely out of the control of the owner. We have noticed this while renting at various other units as well, except on balconies with full privacy walls. That being said, I still highly recommend this unit and Ken, absolutely. I would only request an easy fix of changing out the lower bedroom mattress and box spring, since my husband and I found the huge dip in the center of the bed, made sleeping quite uncomfortable due to the lack of support. Still overall we had a terrific 9 days in this unit!

The property was in a perfect location--the deck perfect for watching the sunrise. Plenty of room for 4 women with 2 full baths. Kitchen well equipped - great keyless entry.

Property was cute and very clean. The location was great- short walk to the beach and everything you need or want on the boardwalk.

Loved decor & our stay there. Only negatives were lack of handrails for the steps & too much furniture in the bedrooms. Would book again.

We stayed for a week. We got down early and Ken let us check in early. Everything we needed was there. The beds were super comfy. The view from the balcony was amazing. Every where we needed to go we could walk to. I really loved this place and we will be booking our stay for next year! Thanks Ken!

We had a great time on the beach, boardwalk, and lots of other activities around town. This is a great central location and was very cozy for our family of four. Definitely would stay again!

The condo was very clean, the view was extremely beautiful, and the accessibility to all the shops and food was great! For me, one of the most important thing was, the condo staff was very honest! Highly, Highly recommend.

You cannot beat this condo for location in Ocean City, MD, especially with it being on the boardwalk. We were able to walk to Shenanagans, Mug & Mallet, Bull on the Beach (at Park Place Plaza), Dunkin Donuts, Kite Loft, Mitchell's Market and the Inlet. We were in Ocean City for the OC Cruisin event and the only time we had to go out in our vehicle was to go to the Convention Center. This condo is beautifully decorated and we had a great time.

Location was perfect, I really loved having two separate bathrooms . The condo was clean and literally had everything we needed. We will definitely be back next year.

This was our second time there. Everything was in order and clean, just very welcoming and relaxing. WE plan on coming back.

5th floor gives you a great view of the boardwalk, beach, and the ocean. Just make sure you bring toilet paper

It was a corner unit. We enjoyed being able to see up and down the boardwalk. Everything we needed was supplied. We would stay here again!

The condo was on the corner looking over the ocean and boardwalk, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The host was super responsive with all of my questions and the place was big enough for two couples.

The rental unit was fabulous!! We all had ample space to relax and rejuvenate. The beach had lots of trash on it as did the boardwalk. Unusual compared to years past.

We have returned to this unit every summer since our kids were born 14 years ago. You can't beat the location. It is an end unit on the top floor, in a prime location on the boardwalk - we love the openness, brightness, and privacy. Expansive beach, walk to everything. Ken has made great enhancements over the years and it is well cared for. He's great to work with too and very responsive.

Conveniently located right on the boardwalk right across from the beach and near several restaurants and bars. Wake up, grab a coffee from the diner downstairs or the Dunkin next door and enjoy a walk on the boards and see dolphins and pelicans. Bedrooms were comfortable. En suite bathroom is a bit small but usable. Note there was a street musician on the boardwalk for 2 of the 7 nights of our stay and local noise ordinance doesn't start until midnight. That may be a factor if you have light sleepers who go to bed earlier. Otherwise proximity to the boardwalk was not an issue noise wise. Ken was very responsive and accommodating with a maintenance issue.

This was the best experience. Roomy, clean, perfect furniture and decor, and a can't beat location. Communication with the owner was great and timely, including a few small questions the day of check-in. The price is well worth what you get. I already have another weekend stay booked in September!

I want to thank Ken for letting us stay at his place. It was perfect for beach access, Boardwalk access and because it was cruzin weekend, perfect access to the street to sit and watch the cars go by. It was great seeing everything through his 2 year old eyes. We did have a small problem with the wifi but Ken took card of it right away. I would recommend renting this to everyone.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo - location was great. We parked the car and walked everywhere until it was time to leave. Might have to make this an annual event.

Everything about this place was good. Could have used a little more cleaning. Lots of dust balls around the beds. No clean linen and wet towels left in the dryer. I also didn't have a parking pass. I left several text and phone calls to the host with no response. I worried about getting towed. Although with all that the location was spot on! I would definitely consider renting it again.

Condo was clean and well appointed for two adults and three young kids (2,4,7) and room for more. Having the two full bathrooms and split level bedrooms was nice. Pool was great too for fun without the sand and waves.

From booking to checking in owner was great to work with. Room was clean and nice to see the upgrades this year with new floors.

We’ve been to OC as a family for 9 straight years and first year for this building. This unit was nice and clean, everything worked. Top floor end unit was really nice. I can’t complain about a thing, but if I had to complain about anything the pool is freezing! Overall very happy with it. Would recommend!

Enjoyed the location and convience of being on boardwalk. Loved the layout. Condo was very cute and maintained. One elevator but we had no issues of waiting. We found additional parking for free on Philadelphia Ave which was just 2 blocks away. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful trip. This condo was super clean and the location was perfect! Loved that towels were already there. The pool was so nice and the best views from the balcony. Ken was great and always got right back to me. Will stay her again happily.
