The location is the key point about the motel. Very near the main market with well connected by taxi and auto auto rikshaw. Although, the hotel it self is in a by lane, that is an advantage, since there is no traffic noise in night / ealry mornings.

1. The reception guys had no idea about the city! Booked a private car for Ramoji City and took Rs. 2,500 for the same; when they should have told us to book an OLA/UBER; that would have costed less than half. Also, there driver was informed at 8:20am; when the pick up was at 8:00 sharp. 2. There are NO tea / coffee sachets in the room. Only the kettle! 3. NO drinking water glasses in the room; they have use trashy plastic glasses. Pathetic.

L'emplacement. Petit hôtel à clientèle majoritaire indienne. Personnel adorable et bienveillant qui nous a aidé pour l'achat d'une SIM Card (parcours difficile avec les nouvelles lois). Je me suis trompée sur une réservation avion, booking m'a dit d'appeler la compagnie c'est eux qui ont réglé le problème car dysfonctionnement du site Indigo. Ils nous ont indiqué les restaurants à proximité. Ils vous aident pour le change (plus avantageux qu'à l'aeroport). Le petit déjeuner est délicieux à majorité cuisine indienne mais vous pouvez leur demander en avance autre chose. La chambre est spacieuse. C'est très propre et si vous voyez un endroit non nettoyé le personnel réagit immédiatement. La rue est calme. Ils ont à cœur de faire plaisir. Hyderabade est tentaculaire si vous voulez ils peuvent vous arranger la visite de tous les sites à voir Je recommande vivement.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and cooperative even after I checked out. They made me happy overall. The breakfast was decent. Location-wise it was also fine.

Some of the bed linen was a little dirty. The bathroom was quite basic. The USB sockets either didn't work or required a light to be switched on in order to work. The TV remotes seemed not to work.

there was no hot water in the bath room. At best it is just luke warm water.

The property has been revamped and looks good now. From outside it is old but inside it is brand new. Restaurant is bad no food option. Outside food allowed. B

The staff behavior is very rude, they think they are God and doing a favour to let us stay. They are also liar. They will speak over phone different thing and when you ask them upfront in the hotel then they will lie and also the person over phone will deny.

The location all the markets are nearby.

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist very unfriendly and unpolite. But one of the guy at the reception was very good and helpful.
