The coding system to get into the suite was not the easiest. It's our only negative thing to say.

Did not participate with a breakfast plan, the location was good.

The furnishing need updated! The main seating piece is beyond worn out and is next to impossible to sit in. The TV in the living room did not ever pick up a signal for the cable and the directions to use the TV weren't even accurate as the cable company was totally different. The TV in the bedroom did work fine and received signal with no issue. There were so many remotes to the TV and DVD players we never did figure out how to make the player work, additionally, the one remote to the player didn't even have batteries. I would rent again at this property but not this particular unit unless the furnishings were updated. Also, in the bathroom the ceiling has cracking/peeling drywall which is a shame. It appears there was a nice investment on a bathroom upgrade/remodel and the contractor failed to use proper materials or took shortcuts.

Condo and property are old and dated. need upkeep and updating. pool was crammed full and small. outdoor pool was advertised as heated and it was not. WiFi only accessible in the bedroom. carpet in condo grungy. pillows horrible.

The beds were not comfortable at all! We left on Saturday afternoon because we need a good night sleep.

The facilities, the security guard was amazing in helping us, and the surrounding area was beautiful. The beds were also very comfortable.

The blinds in the living room were broken, so we couldn’t close the blinds to the outdoor balcony. There was also some confusion when we arrived. The parking space for my unit was taken, and it wasn’t until later that I found out that we could park anywhere in the parking lot, we didn’t have to park in the space assigned to our unit. Also, the signage confused me and I wasn’t initially able to locate the lockbox. Thanks to the security officer on duty, he was able to help. Anthony is his name, and he is a gem. Lastly, the code to our unit didn’t work on the keypad, so I had to manually lock and unlock the door with the key provided, which wasn’t too big of a deal.

Location

It was dirty, a dirty rag hung on the bathroom hook, there was 2 rugs in the washing machine, the dishwasher was full. We thought we were getting a 2 bedroom condo. All in all it was dirty. Cheçk in was chaos. We'll never rent a room from you again.

I liked the closeness to the beach and being able to sit out on balcony and see the beach.

I didn’t like the door code. There were several times where it took several times to get the door open.
