The location was really good and the place spacious. The beds were comfy even though sharing the bed with only one blanket is not the easiest.
We had two keys.
The flush system of the toilets wasn't working 100% well and one radiator in the living room didn't went on.

location was ideal and then communication with the host was very easy.
I didn’t like having to go to the lane behind for the key.

the apartment was ideal for our stay. Comfort, cleanliness and warmth combined with its location within a short walk to the city centre provided us with everything we needed.

Very central spacious apartment. Warm and comfortable. Comfortable beds and good showers. Parking below the apartments with electronic fob access.
Access was tricky as the lock box was not obvious and the code we were given was wrong by one digit. The electronic front door wasn't working so it had to be manually opened which required two people to use it.

very spacious i3 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped and the living area was a great size & very comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms in the apartment and all necessary appliances problem fed in the apartment. It was very clean on arrival and the hosts were very quick to reply.
The curtains in the bedrooms were a little light.
On street traffic & noise can be heard upstairs. It wasn’t a huge issue for us.

I am unable to review this particular apartment as upon our arrival the host gave us an apartment upgrade. The host was Patrick and he couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. The apartment was new, modern, well decorated and very spacious. It had every amenity you could ask for and every item was from a quality brand. The location was excellent with bars and restaurants close by and the centre of Belfast was within a 15 to 20 minute walk. My son joined us and he was able to park in a secure garage attached to the building.
The flat had a filtered fresh air system that could be a little noisy at times, but you got used to it.
