Location
Traffic noise is very prominent in the room.
The cleanliness of the room needs to improve. Cobwebs everywhere on the ceilings.
The wall is quite dirty and is due for repainting

No breakfast with this hotel but the location of this hotel near to a lot eating places
Bed was very old and a lot of cockroaches flying around in the room. I totally understand that the hotel mgmt been hit with the MCO issue during Covid and I can see the hotel is struggling to build back the business. I hope the hotel can make a comeback in coming years.

The hotel near to pekan sungai besar
When i came i smell the cigarette but i find every where i cant find it,then when 3am my son fever n see the men ghost near tv,in morning i woke up i go to bathroom i saw a cigarette (lenteng)in paper towel place... How can it be?? Ermm

The location
After i booked i already call the hotel to asked n confirm. The day before i came, i calles and asked about the room that i booked. The staff said that no one check in n we can check in early. When i came, the staff said the room that i supposed to stay still not occupied. Person that check in the night before not return the key. So he give me the other room that has no window. How could it happen? I called 3 times before i came to double confirm.

Suddenly no electric until we check out. No staff at the counter. Need to call when arrive. Water pressure to slow. There is a hole open at top of the toilet.
