The property is clean and very safe wonderful view of the ocean and beach!! A must go

The Marbella Oeste building seems to be older and going through some updates and maintenance which can require some periodic patience. That being said, this unit is bright, generally clean, and well managed. West Indies Vacation rentals made sure that we (myself, husband + my two little kids) were attended to and even compensated when anything (out of their control) was less than perfect. We absolutely loved the location and set-up of the property, everything was so accessible and hassle-free. The panoramic ocean views and cool breezes were food for the soul on a daily basis. We absolutely loved staying here for our first trip to Puerto Rico!

Our experience started with arriving at the unit and discovering that the code we were given opened the lock box, where there was NO key. We called the unit manager, Jessica Jimenez, who finally got back to us after 20 minutes and gave us the code to the electronic lock. The apartment looked exactly like the images, but was not maintained well. Going out to the balcony, we found a cigarette butt and moving the accent table found it was not cleaned underneath it. The primary bedroom had no closet and the second bedroom had a closet, half fitted with shelves and the other half with a tall chest of drawers leaving 8" on hanging on either side of the chest of drawers. The kitchen cabinets were very old and dirty... seeing our first roach within minutes of arriving. Good pots and pans, but few pieces of flatware. Baths were decent, but we had to look for bath mats that were dirty, so we washed them. The washer and dryer were very good, but was concerned about the dryer filter since the screen had holes in it and lint was going into the machine..... potential fire hazard. The TV was not working and Jessica kept telling us that the remote had to be connected to the internet. After two weeks of not being able to stream, tech person Saul came to check it out and discovered that the remote was not working. Three days later he returned and hooked up a new remote and we were able to watch TV our last week. While watching TV, we discovered crumbs that had fallen between the cushions and never cleaned up. We have been using VRBO for several years and this is the first horrible experience we have had. DO NOT rent this unit.

We recommend this condo for business trip. Stable and fast Wi-Fi with just one short power outage one evening. Worked to our advantage because we discovered a really good restaurant past the cvs

My Wife and I stayed for 6 nights. We were overall happy with the condo. It is on the 6th floor, so the views from the balcony and living area were perfect. The condo was perfectly clean when we arrived, and no complaints with the communication with the property management and staff - they were all helpful. 2 issues I feel need to be addressed - the oven is outdated. All 4 burners are not properly seated so cooking is a challenge. The remodeled shower is nice, but the glass sliding doors are not properly aligned, so only one slid correctly. Lastly, the sliding glass doors for the balcony did not lock, (lock has been removed), and did not line up properly, so there was about a 1/2 inch gap between the main slide and the other doors. I am sure others would complain about these issues, but overall we were happy and made things work for our stay.. Great communication with the property management.

One of my favorite place the apartment is full equipped to have the best vacation time! We definitely will rent it again!!!
