À proximité de pubs, de cafés, de magasins et d’une ambiance de laissez-faire, nous proposons de magnifiques vastes espaces ouverts sur deux étages totalisant 1 600 pieds carrés, plus un jardin de 600 pieds carrés exposé sud-ouest. We had a great time. The property was very well cleaned, and the location was excellent. As another has stated, be careful about parking - it is not on site as was indicated at my time of booking. Other than that, everything was great.

I would highly recommend this apartment for your visit to Montreal. It was comfortable, well appointed and conveniently located. We loved being able to walk to vibrant neighborhoods for dinner.
The host was attentive and the instructions for check in and check out were clear.
I would stay here again.

Place was amazing for a nice getaway with friends or family. Located right in the heart of downtown Montreal. Lot of things to do..pubs/bars/ restaurants just a walk away. Host was amazing and answered all our questions/concerns in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay in downtown Montreal.

In many ways it was good. However, I have never had a worse experience with noise/disruption and the response of the owner to our concerns. Our first night the guests upstairs were so loud that from top to bottom the four floor apartment was filled with noise. I sent video and audio to the owner seeking support and relief from the incident that occurred with the large crowd making all this noise from 12am-5:30am. After a sleepless night and providing video of the incident, the owner’s response was appalling. The owner’s response to us in summary: I, too, am a victim. The owner did not have a sleepless night and I was left perplexed by this selfish response.
Knowing that our concerns had fallen on deaf ears, I did not even bother reporting a lack of hot water in showers and the regular visit of small black ants that were present in kitchen when we got there.
If you do not mind inconvenient parking, ants, cold showers, a sleepless night and a lack of concern by the owner, then this will work for you.
I hesitate sending this because every other review I have left on Vrbo and other sites have been done because I have had positive experiences and the owner deserved to have that. This property does not and a possible future guest deserves better.

We were 4 adults & 1 teen for 3 days in July. Great stay at this conveniently located place. SUPER clean. FULLY stocked. Nicely air conditioned! Would highly recommend. The only downside is that you can hear the upstairs - walking around and flushing toilet.

First, the good things. The place is well furnished, the appliances are new and there is plenty of room for probably 8 people if needed. It is close to a whole lot of restaurants, museums, clubs... McGill is a 10 min walk, public transport is nearby. The owner is responsive and helpful. A couple of things need to be mentioned that I didn't like. There is no parking on site, thats a straight up misrepresentation - we had to park 25 mins away. The other thing is that there is an apartment upstairs and when people walk there you hear it big time. It can be annoying. But if you're sleeping downstairs, it doesn’t matter. So id say it's a 7. 5/10.

The pixie chicks travel several times a year but our first time to Canada. Lovely neighborhood, the mission was having a festival and we joined in the dancing a couple of nights. Really good bakeries and dinner one night at Darlings. We will return!

Photos are not completely accurate, basement bathroom had short ceilings and exposed plumbing. Cooling system makes basement area very cold in order to make apartment moderately cool. Location was fantastic, beds were comfortable. Detergent used was very fragrant and caused some issues for guests with fragrance sensitivities.

Spotless and chic, comfortable, great location, everyone in our family had their own space, and very well provisioned kitchen which allowed us to take advantage of local bakeries and takeout. I really appreciated how responsive the owners were for all the questions about logistics. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Nicely redone apartment
Recently redone apartment steps from bus line that leads directly to downtown10 minutes away (where we attended the Montreal Jazz festival.) Beds were comfortable and the modern kitchen well appointed. The basement bedroom was nice but difficult to access since it has a narrow stairway without a handrail (downstairs not recommended for seniors.) Owner was gracious and contacted us occasionally to see how things were going…even brought us warm bagels. Kinda funky neighborhood but safe, a block away from biking and walking trails. Good restaurants within walking distance. Closest Metro underground was about a 15 minute walk away. Apartment is on a busy street and parking close by.

Great Location! Modern and quite apartment in a bustling area
The location is great with tons of food, drink, and activities around. The apartment was clean and very spacious. Two of the three bedrooms are very private so worked out perfect for a work trip. Lots of little extras such as snacks, fruit, coffee and a great nest AC.

Excellent place to be in the middle of literally EVERYTHING
My group has stayed at this property twice now, mostly recently during during Montreal Pride in 2019.
The owners have undertaken a smart and handsome renovation of the property. The property takes advantage of many of the old craftsmanship and details that you would find in any classic property in the Le Plateau-Mont-Royal neighborhood, and added in a number of modern and updated elements that you would expect in any mid-to-high-end range rental property. It has been exciting to see the improvements continue with each stay.
Access to the rental is easy and smart, which is helpful for larger groups for sure. The kitchen and common/living room areas have plenty of space to entertain in the rental amidst your adventures in Montreal (we took advantage of putting together a small brunch on morning and it felt just like being at home). The bedrooms are well appointed with plenty of closet space and privacy.
My friends and I have repeatedly called the rental: cute, quaint, spacious, practical, and laid out perfectly for hosting re-union type gatherings. Location is everything; you're right in the mix of what makes the Le Plateau-Mont-Royal neighborhood *THE PLACE TO BE* if you want to experience a taste of the finer things in Montreal, have some fun neighborhood-type experiences under your belt, do some sightseeing, get in to a little bit of trouble down on Rue St-Catherine, and then write home to mom & dad about the things you saw at McGill or in Old Montreal. The owners recommended Beauty's Luncheonette as a "must see" in the neighborhood for at least one of our brunch experiences, and we are so happy we took their recommendation.
The owners are friendly, fantastic, accessible and extraordinarily helpful during the stay. It is nice to have immediate access when questions arise and unexpected things happen (we all have the friend whose flight arrives early, or have experienced the rush of checking out).
We definitely look forward to having the opportunity to rent this property during our next trip to Montreal.

Wonderful Apartment in Fabulous Neighborhood!
This apartment was perfect for our family (my husband and I and two grown children). There was plenty of space to spread out! The apartment was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Also, it was centrally located in a safe neighborhood , within walking distance of shops and a convenience store. I would definitely stay there again!
