Que apagaron las fuentes de la alberca por la tarde y ya no las volvieron a prender

Bueno el desayuno, creo que podrían poner un poco más de variedad ya que es muy parecido al de los demás hoteles. La ubicación es bastante buena y cómoda, ya que está cerca de la avenida principal y tiene su propia playa, eso está excelente.

No tenía donde colgar las toallas, la caja fuerte no servía, el agua caliente se acababa muy rápido y la regadera salía para todos lados. Las almohadas estaban un poco duras. Faltaba hacer la limpieza de las mesas de la playa más seguido.

The room was nice, the pool beautiful. The beaches were lovely but the ocean was not swimmable because there was too many rocks and coral.

To spread out from the rooms to eating area’s. Pool furniture was very worn out.

Beautiful property with amazing ocean views. Rooms are large, layout is great and beds are very comfortable. Wonderful and very friendly service especially from Jazz at the front desk and Joel in the restaurant.

Increased shuttle service is recommended to transport guests to and from the restaurant/pool/beach areas to hotel. We found the breakfast to be very satisfactory with the exception of the amount of bees the food was attracting. Ate at the evening buffet once, food was great but overpriced.

Superó mis expectativas!!! Lo recomiendo para un fin de semana de descanso, para que puedas disfrutar sus instalaciones, tiene 2 playas alejadas de todo, muy lindo, vale cada peso, y sugiero el todo incluido por dos razones: una, para que no tengas la necesidad de salir del hotel y rompas la magia; y dos, porque la comida está muy aceptable, al igual que las bebidas. Y las habitaciones son muy amplias!!!

Terrible pillows; insects swarming all over the fruit at breakfast buffet; most buffet items were cold; cold coffee; overpriced meals; one restaurant with few menu choices; can't have dinner until 7:30; there's nothing to do and nothing within walking distance; no ice for the rooms; no beverage glasses in room; electricity goes off when you leave the room so the mini fridge shuts off; no chair to sit at desk; no coffee table at couch; metal table and chairs on balcony are super uncomfortable; there's nowhere to sit and watch TV; internet doesn't work in room or if it does it's ridiculously slow; swimming can be dangerous; have to take a cab every time you leave; every chair or couch or lounge chair is covered in fake leather - not suitable for hot weather. This place is a snore fest. There was hardly anyone staying there because it's so boring.

El personal fue súper amable, está muy limpio, las instalaciones son bastante amplias, la comida está muy rica y la atención en restaurante y para bebidas a la alberca fue muy buena!, las playas que tiene el hotel son chicas pero suficientes y muy bonitas

La subida jajaja, para bajar al restaurant, alberca, playas, hay que bajar mucho y obviamente subir es lo pesado, obviamente esto no está en control del hotel y las rampas que tienen ayudan, solo comentarlo jaja

La habitación es amplia pero sin gracia, no hay ni un solo motivo. La vista de la habitación me la vendieron como al mar pero en realidad la vista es a una construcción que están haciendo a un lado de este hotel, por lo que sólo veía y nos veían los trabajadores de la construcción. No cuentan con amenidades adecuadas en la playa, camastros y palapas rotas y en muy muy mal estado. Teniendo la belleza natural de la playa, lo mínimo que pueden hacer como hotel es esforzarse por ofrecer adecuadas sombrillas o palapas y camastros. (Acordes al contexto).

The private beach is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. The beds were really soft.

The staff weren't very nice. I traveled with my mom, who has difficulty walking, and the path to the beach, pool and dining area was very steep. The receptionist never told us there was a shuttle that could take us down. There were two other families with similar issues, two of them used wheelchairs and they weren't told about the shuttle. Another time, we requested the shuttle and were told it had gone out to get gas and they made us wait 30 minutes but I could see the shuttle from the reception area. Also, the WiFi never worked, we took a Chromecast to connect to the tv and could never set it up because the WiFi kept disconnecting.

Pocos camastros para la cantidad de huéspedes. A veces puede ser lenta la preparación de los alimentos si es pedido a la carta.

Las instalaciones son muy bellas, aparte tiene un risco tipo punta cometa donde puedes ver el amanecer.

Me hubiera gustado que todos los días fuera bufete y no sólo el fin de semana, de ahí en fuera estuvo excelente.

La ubicación es buena, pero el desayuno es lo mismo todo los días por lo que te fastidias rápido al no tener variedad en los alimentos. Las playas del hotel son bonitas y el servicio de Jazz (personal del mostrador) fue fantástico. Gracias a él se resolvieron muchos de los problemas que tuvimos en nuestra estancia que describo a continuación.///The location is good, but breakfast is the same every day so you get bored quickly by not having variety in food. El agua de la regadera todo el tiempo estuvo fría y sin la suficiente presión para poderte bañar bien. Las tazas del café y los vasos que dejan en la habitación nos los cambian, todo el tiempo están sucios. El personal en general es poco servicial y no resuelven los problemas que se presentan. El servicio de todo incluido es malísimo, esperas 4 hrs por una bebida o no la traen. No tienen alimentos a lo largo del día para el servicio de todo incluido, y cuando los solicitas te atienden mal o se niegan a dártelos. No hay wifi en las habitaciones. En ocasiones no tienen servicios de toallas para la playa. Los costos por día por persona son muy altos para los servicios que recibes. ///The water in the shower was cold the entire time and without enough pressure to be able to bathe well. The coffee cups and glasses left in the room are changed for us, they are dirty all the time. The staff in general is unhelpful and does not solve the problems that arise. The all-inclusive service is terrible, you wait 4 hours for a drink or they don't bring it. They do not have food throughout the day for the all-inclusive service, and when you request it they serve you poorly or refuse to give it to you. There is no wifi in the rooms. Sometimes they do not have towel services for the beach. The costs per day per person are very high for the services you receive.

Los cuartos son grandes, pero el equipamiento es sencillo, sin adornos, falta de calidez. La playa privada está muy bonita, sinembargo había apenas 8 camastros que estaban viejísimos… por sierra muchos huéspedes al parecer se iban a visitar otras playas de Huatulco y por ello no se sentía muy llena la playa.

Muy pocos camastros en la playa y en la alberca, los camastros muy viejos e incómodos… la alberca es demasiado pequeña para la capacidad del hotel. Las luces en el cuarto son blancas, frías, no me gusto para nada. El personal en si amable, pero descoordinados y según a quien se le preguntaba había respuestas diferentes…

Staff was great… especially Jazz and Citlali from the front. Also be sure to get a massage or try reflexology with Diane at the spa. Beautiful views from hotel and room. Great snorkeling in the reef and along the rocks off the bigger beach. Beach is private and quiet. Long window of time for breakfast, cabs to town are cheap and fast. Good wifi in the restaurant and the lounge area by front desk.

Restaurant was generally pretty expensive and bad. Included breakfast is 8/10 times ice cold…eggs, pancakes, potatoes… only three times was someone working the hot grill. We tried dinner there once. It took over two hours for mahi mahi and I had to sent it back because the inside was still cold and raw…. Balconies are nice but super uncomfortable. Better to head downstairs. Poor to no wifi in rooms. Long walk down to restaurant and beaches…our friend had a injury so couldn’t get down because the shuttle was never available. Most of the beach chairs and shelters are pretty run down…

El cuarto estuvo muy bien en cuanto a la cama y el baño. Tuvimos sin embargo un problema con la televisión.

La playa es demasiado pequeña. Nunca había camastros disponibles porque hay demasiado pocos. El último día preferimos ir a un club de playa. El precio del snack es alto para lo que es.

Let me say before getting into the pros and cons, this hotel seems to be going through a transition over to all inclusive, which I think will solve many of the issues mentioned. PROS: The staff! Wow, all staff were fantastic! From the waiters, to the cleaners, to the front desk, to even the gardeners, all looked invested in the property. It truly showed everyone here wanted you to have the best experience possible. The view here also exceeded our expectations. We had a partial ocean view room, and it was more than good enough…amazing sunrises every morning. The proximity to great, underrated beaches was also another positive. The hotel beach in my opinion is underrated. Some reviews here say it’s rocky and not swimmable. I disagree. It’s an amazing beach, quiet, great sand, and even decent snorkelling. Loved how it always felt secluded…I wouldn’t change a think….maybe more chairs with sun covers Another favourite was Tajon Beach, only a 15 min walk away. Some other small positives that didn’t go unnoticed…great shower pressure, good quality towels, comfortable bed (though oddly short if you are even a little tall), everything here is quite clean (you see staff always cleaning throughout the day), pool was great, lots of great hang out areas. Breakfast buffet every morning was also good! Last, I appreciate the efforts made to always improve. You can see they are making upgrades (pool access from hotel), or tweaking things to appease the guests reviews…thank you!

NEGATIVES: Ok, aside from them going all inclusive, we were on a free breakfast plan, so we found the meals after this frustrating. Menus were odd, overpriced, small selection, inconsistent. Because the hotel is a taxi drive away from town, it sometimes felt they knew they got you, so they would overcharge these meals. Their NYE party buffet is 2280 pesos! That is a bit of a grab. We could easily go to town and pay 1/3 that. We also had undercooked fish, 1 of our 2 pizzas was cold and undercooked, and we had a plain salad for 210 pesos! This is all moot though if you get the all-inclusive plan now…which would make the experience better. The margaritas we had also were too sweet, could be better. Another issue for us was the room in general. This entire resort has white lights. It needs more warm/soft lighting, especially in the room!! It was harsh to be around, and I personally feel international travellers would much prefer this. The room had a very sterile feel to it. Needs some art or something to make it feel cozier. Wifi…VERY spotty. In the room it never worked, but on the balcony, it did. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. We feel this hotel has potential with some small changes or refinements.

Las dos playas a las que se tiene acceso desde el hotel están perfectas

Para llegar al área de alberca, restaurante, bar y playas, hay que bajar por un camino muy empinado y el regreso a las habitaciones es muy pesado. El restaurante tiene comida que está entre mala y sin chiste, cara y con porciones muy pequeñas.
