Grim looking building. Parking very tight. Very poor lighting in bedroom for reading. Poor light in bathroom for makeup

Kitchenware is very complete. The rooms have been newly refurbished so it feels very clean. Good practical furniture such as working table and chairs. Bathrooms clean and well-stocked. They allowed 11am check-in which was great. Staff were nice enough to hold my luggage for a few hours after checkout, too.

Would be good to have more cutlery One mattress was on the wrong way when we put it correctly we saw it was a bit old with stains. Thee was a mattress protector. No storage for clothes and belongings

Proximity. Exterior didn’t promise much but interior was lovely - updated, clean and comfortable. Didn’t meet staff but they texted to say key was in room and door was open for our arrival.

The room is always tidy. They know me so well, I always ask for more coffee and sugar but this time I forgot to ask. When I got to the room they topped up tje coffee packs and sugar without me asking.

Happy with the layout of the unit and the bathroom was awesome! The look on the outside of the property didn't thrill me. It looked rundown and u kept but the inside of the unit was brilliant
