Hot water is available 24x7 and the rooms are big and spacious. However, the items provided in the paid breakfast are quite limited and there could have been more items in my opinion. However the food is quite tasty and there are no complaints with respect to that.

The room was not very clean and there were used towels and toiletries still in the room from the previous tenants when I checked into the room. The power outlets are all spaced far away from the bed and hence it is difficult to charge your mobile phones when required. The wifi connection is not very fast and is only acceptable as it's a free WiFi. The Fan in my room was not in a working condition and hence it was difficult to sleep without the AC. I did report it to the front desk and they did agree to have it fixed but it was never fixed. Also, please note that there is no generator in this property and you will need to work with no lights, fans and AC if there is a power outage in the area.

Affordable and clean apartments. Staff is super polite. It’s my second time staying at Voila, and I’ve had a comfortable stay both times.

There’s a lot of construction going around the building, so that’s a bit of a bummer.

You're brackfast is only South Indian like idlis dosa & location of your hotel is not proper road.

The location is closer to ORR, Financial District. New property, clean, and value for money. Friendly staff and recommend anyone looking for an economical stay for the family for a couple of nights.

The rooms are huge and well equipped.

There is NO Staff???? There's so called "Manager" , poor guy though elderly is there 24/7. The so called STAFF are missing most of the time.
