Solid hotel for the price. Nothing special, and I didn't find the bed overly comfortable, but again, it's as good as you're going to find in Laval for under $200 a night.

The check in ,the room were fine but the matresses were too soft. Also they were slipping off the frame.
The remote control was weird had to go to the reception for instructions on how to find the channels. There was no Netflix or Youtube.

Not the greatest Best Western hotel I stayed but ok for 1 night.

Howful nabour but nice hotel, no view at all and only the room that are with king sized bed offer a balcony with an interior view. Pre cooked breakfast no order possible. Tiny but nice pool. Really nice staff, good service.

The carpets ion the hallways need to be replaced or at least a real good shampoo. There are GROSS stains everywhere in the hallways. The breakfast was as basic as it could be. The food was not good.

The checking took more than hour, I had a credit on file, it was already charged $285.99 for the first night, and I had to leave another $415 for the whole amount even they had already charged half on my card, and I got a call on my room a day before asking how I was gonna pay, unacceptable, they had my money for the entire stay, plus $285 on the card, way more than the total, what a hassle, plus my whole information on file, license and everything

Stayed 2 nights 2 adjoining rooms. Asked for housekeeping between days, they didn’t come. Breakfast ok but ended at 9am. 1 room very musty, damp. Bathroom needed fixing in that room. Toilet seat in 2nd room loose. Staff not friendly except for front desk on checkin and when I had to go to lobby for coffee and clean towels (she was alone and couldn’t bring them.) No food available in walking distance (perhaps microwave in lobby would help). Good price!

Terrible sleep, due to the terrible beds and pillows, the room doors are so thin, we heard people knocking on doors all night and a kid crying and screaming through the hallway. Room we stayed at was Rm 221. Absolutely terrible nights sleep.

I was pleasently surprised when I entered the hotel. Families were talking and laughing going to the pool but not.in a disturbing way, the entrance was inviting, not noisy even though it's close to two highways.
The staff was very helpful, polite, easy to talk to.
It was easy to find everything.
The area where the pool is, wow. It's the first time I've seen that kind of display and I love it. The pool was cold but we were at the end of the day. A hot tub would be a nice addition and I think that they have the space for it.
The breakfast area was comfortable, spacious and clean.
Parking is easy to access.
Beds were very comfortable. I have chronic pain and the bed did not make it worst! I acually had a good night afted 500km in a car. That's a huge win for me!

This is this best hotel in Montreal. We drive to Laval just to stay here. Staff are fantastic and Best Western should be proud to have them as their representative.
