The room was very small for being advertised as a deluxe suite. The water took a long time to be hot and the tub did not drain.

Property needs TLC. Need to offer more for breakfast. Two cold cereals and waffles are not enough.

I didn't like anything about the property except it was only 1.6 miles from the clinic.

The place was filthy and smelled horrible! I was sad that we chose this place for our first night on our road trip with our kids. The guy at the front desk was very rude when checking in because they did not have our adjoining rooms like we called and requested months ago. He called the manager in front of me talking rudely about me like I was making up that I called and requested adjoining rooms. Then changed his tone a little bit when he realized it was noted on the account. But we never got adjoining rooms or the rooms we actually booked with the balcony. But do not believe the pictures online because the hotel does not look like that. Very dirty and outdated. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. You think it would be cleaner with having the Mayo Clinic in its name! There is no hot tub like the pictures and the pool is super small and pool area is filthy!

Sadly this is absolutely the worst place I've ever been to in my life. The room was disgustingly dirty and smelled horribly. Hallways riddled with junk. Very old window style AC unit in the wall rattling and not working at all. The mattresses were an old wire cage and the center part was dished like it had a 500 lb weight on it for 20 years. Staff looked like they operate a meth lab and were not professional. Honestly, this place should be closed permanently and tore down. I've never seen a building this bad inside still functioning for the public. Based on this place, I will never book a Baymont anywhere in the country, if I'm stuck without a hotel, I promise I will sleep in my car before going into a Baymont. They clearly have no standard whatsoever.

There is only 1 row of parking on the side of the building so when busy finding a parking spot is challenging

Basement room smells like mildew. Location was good but vacant restaurant with weeds growing is not a good look. Breakfast was not what I thought it would be. Price was the only positive....

They gave us a room in which the key wasn't working. We went down to the desk 4 times before they finally gave us a different room. They went up with us the third time because they said the keys could be tricky but it didn't work for them either. Then we went back down and got a new room, the desk clerk did come with us to make sure the new room worked and it did. The staff was good but at 10:30 pm you don't really want to mess around getting into a room. Then when we got into a room, the TV remote wasn't working. The batteries were in wrong and when we changed them to work correctly, it still didn't work.

The one computer chair was very uncomfortable and worn out.

the fitness room lacked proper air conditioning and least important water container. Otherwise well satisfied. Let me know if especially if fitness room cooling system is resolved. Will be back August 12th.

Would like to have another light in the room. It was a nice quiet location--outside and inside.

This was a disappointing stay. We had reserved a room with a king size bed but the room we were given was two small beds instead. Since the hotel was fully booked, we could not get the room we wanted. Somehow, the sink in the room was overflowing in the morning and was filled with gross stuff that was already in the sink since we never used it. One of beds had a weird red stain on the mattress (blood? wine? we don't know) that we didn't see until morning. The hallway smelled musty. We won't stay here again.

Quiet place, kids enjoyed the pool. Bed frame was broken and found an old toothbrush on the floor. Bathroom door was binding and hard to close.

Not sure what is going on, for now I have been overcharged on my cred card by 49.99. Will be checking with Baymont on that

4 stars out of 5! The price was right - breaksfast was great - the service was excellent! Only knocking off points because the handicap room was too small for an individual in a wheelchair. I often needed to move the bed, the chair, and other furniture around to transport my disabled relative from the bed to the bathroom. There was no room available to pivot his wheelchair, so if I did not move furniture around, then I would have to wheel him backwards before transferring him from chair to bed. His wheelchair is not very wide, either. If he had been in an electric or power scooter, then forget it. For a handicap room, it was not truly accessible. The bathroom was accessible for him to a point, but once again, I needed to wheel him backwards because no room to pivot his chair. It would have been nice if the showerhead was detachable, I was surprised that it was not. Very nice hotel workers, however! They are hardworking good folks. As a non-handicapped person, I'd stay there again. Thank you!

Front desk personal was never available during the PM shift. No room service for a 2 night stay. Coffee in room wasn't provided the 2 day. Towels never replaced. Cob webs in the corners and the window seal. Wall above the bed dirty. Bed looked like it was slept in. Hair on the sheets.

Nice staff

Have stayed here every year since 2017. They keep improving the motel.
