Hotel is quite centrally located to walk to vieux montreal or mont royal. Very close to subway, by which only a few stops to botanical gardens. Downside was very few restaurants in the immediate vacinity. Average breakfast buffet. 24 hr access coffee, tea, ice water.

Breakfast was the only good thing about the property! Dirty and noisy room, couldn’t sleep well for the entire stay.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights on a recent trip to Montreal. The hotel could use a little updating (there were a fair number of scuffs in our room). But the staff kept the hotel clean, breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. It’s near two metro lines and a park. The neighborhood could be a little better but we never felt unsafe. I would stay here again.

Very clean, modern facility, excellent staff.

The hotel is good overall very good location but unfortunately I had a bad experience with the staff I lost my phone in the lobby which is very small, about the size of a living room. The hotel staff was not helpful at all; they refused to check the cameras, claiming they were not working, and also they told me that the person who has access to the cameras was not available. So I was left confused, unsure if the camera was out of service or if the person responsible for them simply wasn't there.

we were unable to sleep all night due to noisy neighbors. called the front desk but didn't seem to help much. Even if they did help, the walls are so thin you can hear even modest conversation. There was slight musty odor in the room as well. The AC unit was loud and the LED display on it was bright and cant turn off. It lit up the room making sleep for me difficult. the room is also very tight and small. Fridge was very cold though. no in room coffee, but did have coffee in the lounge. dont stay here if you plan on sleeping.

Breakfast was great.🙂 Front desk staff could have been more helpful/ friendly. Shower door doesn’t keep floor dry since it’s just partial. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Booked last minute for a weekend in Montreal - what a pleasant surprise! Hotel and street were nothing special from the outside, but the room was clean and quiet, the bed super comfortable, front desk staff very helpful and friendly. It's very walkable to St Catherines St shopping, Old Montreal, St Laurent Blvd or the Village... bring good walking shoes. Breakfast was nothing special but many coffee shops nearby. Would stay again.

Booked online with Expedia. Made sure it was $330 Canadian funds. Then I see my credit card charged for $482.75! No indication the original amount was in US funds. Then we show up in the seediest part of Montreal with drugs being exchanged on the street and they tell us the room is not available and move us down the street to the Econo lodge. Room was clean but was the size of a matchbox. TV might have been a 20”. I stay in a lot of hotels and for what I paid I could have been in a luxury suite in the nicest area of the city; it was more per night than I paid to rent a beautiful four bedroom cottage with tons of waterfront in Muskoka. And parking of course was extra. This was a complete rip off. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again nor ever use Expedia to book anything in the future. Not only a bait and switch on the cost but also on the hotel and room. Worst experience with a booking I have had in 30 years.

Found spiders and bugs in my room. Had to check out and leave immediately

Just one bigger thing. Parking is ok when you are in car, but no issue for outdoor. And for entry without car, you have 10 min of walk.

Loved this stay! The room was super clean, the staff was so friendly, and the location is great. Lots of great food and things to do in the area. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the parking - there is an underground parking garage down the road that has an entrance that is not really that clear!

I just stayed overnight for a layover on my travels. Arrived in evening and left early dawn. But the room was clean, quiet.

It was clean but you can hear everything and everyone next to and above you. Meager breakfast

Staff were great and very helpful. Room was clean but smaller than anticipated. Some damage in the room (window ledge broken, etc.) and very noisy - could hear everything people in adjoining and above room were saying.

Decent rooms and relatively clean and quiet. Room was one first floor so there were a few small bugs. Okay for the price. Breakfast was free but hot food was rather poor. Area around hotel can be somewhat sketchy at night. Okay for short business trip but maybe not the best place for leisure.

Per the staff, they removed the shower door from all the rooms shortly before our checkin. This caused an inconvenience not only for us, but other guests. They should have discounted the rooms due to offering a bathroom that is not entirely functional leading to water all over the floors. We did not get any room service after the first night despite not putting up any privacy tag on the door handle. Gym and public bathroom on the first floor was never cleaned. Gym sub par for hotel level, not equipped even with a mat to exercise on the floor.

THR CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND IT WAS SUPER QUICK.BREAKFAST WAS GOOD ANS SERVED WELL. THE ROOM WAS OK.

Kind staff, clean hotel, comfy beds, the only bad thing was that you could here everything from the room above you, even when they walk or flush the toilet.

Room looks clean and beds are comfortable, the only thing does not look good is that shower unit can not be complete closed during shower and water goes to the floor when showering.

We were accused of setting off fire alam. No credible video to show us. We were barred from entering our room even though it was fully paid. They said we have to pay CAN250 for us to be allowed to enter our room. We opted to check out at 12:30am
