The property is great overall could be a bit cleaner in the rooms but the staff are lovely and the views and facilities are great.

Units both very aged and in need of refurb. Only 1 lift working - barely fit our family with luggage, very long wait on arrival to get up to our rooms due to this. We only stayed one night and needed cheap, would not recommend for longer or if can afford more.

Great service.. they moved us to a larger room which was great, but room had things missing. Body wash available in the shower but needed refilling

The hotel is being done up. Rooms may need a better clean and dusted. Staff were amazing. Parking next door is easy. Walk in to town is very easy.

Just stayed in the City as had a drinks & a dinner to go to close by. Was offered hotel parking for $35 but parked on a meter in nearby street for $10 as I was gone before 9am in the morning. Reception was OK but not sure why (apart from getting credit card details) they wanted photo ID (was a fully prepaid booking), then another staff member disappeared into a back room for a while with my drivers license? Room was only averagely clean, toilet smelly, tile floor needs a good scrub. Some things a bit worn a various wiring holes in walls. However beds comfortable & nice standard hotel linen. The room, effectively a small apartment had a kitchen, crockery & cooking stuff plus a laundry. It was quiet. On level 17 out of 23, but mid afternoon only 1 of 3 lifts working, but 2 worked in the evening. Would I stay again, maybe if just for a quick night & there are no better deals in the area.

Loved staying here it was really nice!, we weren’t there for long and had to leave early(for our own reasons) but really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Lovely staff at the front desk!

Its was very good cosy and relaxing but the sliding door was a little hard to shut and open but besides that loved it

Front office was good. Room we stayed was next to the Lifts. So there was lot of noice and disturbance. If the lifts are under repair then the adjourned rooms should not be given to guests. We pay the money to stay without disturbance.

Room was fine, bit dated and the lifts were very slow. But…you get what you pay for and it’s still good value for the price. Would stay again.

Great staff but the lifts were a nightmare

Every thing was really good so easy to walk around quite happy with the staff.

We like staying here. The room rates are very affordable. The furnishings are dated but the rooms are very clean. The staff at the bar and restaurant are so polite and go out of their way to please. The food is great, not gourmet but better than home cooked. Great Happy Hour Beer Prices.

Very convenient for our, just a 8min walk to Spark Arena. Would highly recommend.

The lift situation was terrible. The lifts felt unsafe and there was maintenance on them. We got back to the hotel after an evening out to fire engines, as kids were stuck in one of the lifts. Had to walk up 13 flights of stairs to room, to find the door to the floors locked!! Felt very unsafe on the 13th floor. Phoned reception and they moved us to the ground floor. To be fair they were very helpful, but not apologetic. Sounds like the lifts break down on a regular occurrence. We then had to walk down thirteen levels with our suitcases to our new room! In our new room, the shower door was broken and had been for some time. Water in the shower changed temperature on its own and turned scolding hot. For young kids this was a real health and safety issue, as was the lift and locked doors to the floors situation. Staff friendly but didn’t ask us how our stay was on leaving, as I would have told told them, but I have a feeling, they knew what the feedback was going to be. Very steep walk from the city. Good location to Spark Arena, which is why we choose it, but would certainly not be back and would not recommend.

Room was old and tattered bed was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs. Towels were not serviced each day. Was expensive for experience The check out staff were a little abrupt had to wait for them to check the room before leaving. In all my travels have never been made to wait while a room was inspected

Bathroom was dirty and they didn’t service our room correctly.
