Room 102 was terrible not for cleaning. Lots of items were broken. I have stayed same room couple of months ago and it was broken from that time. I have informed the front desk that time as well this time also.
1. Kitchen faucet is broken. It’s coming out at your hand. You can still use it by pushing every time.
2. Exhaust fan in the master bedroom is not working properly. It stops automatically and starts automatically. Same bathroom towel holder under the sink is broken.
The condition of the room is look like as a roadside Lodge of $50 per night.
Management should look at this.

This was ot my first stay at the Residence Inn nor shall it be my last. The hotel and more importantly, the staff are very friendly and professional. Any requests made are acted upon almost immediately and if they cannot, they advise the best option. The hotel itself is very clean and wonderfully situated close to downtown restaurants which are all within walking distance. A gem of a hotel.

Greet visit to Kingston and the property was very nice. One elevator happened to be broken but not a big deal. Breakfast could be a little chaotic due to space - but options were decent. Would certainly visit again.

Generally good service, facility and staff. Three very helpful and friendly staff manning the morning buffet (two women and one gent in the seating area across the lobby). Issue: one night after midnight the cable TV was no longer accessible. The TV was still functional, and you could watch the Marriott channel but none of the TV channels. Do you do a reboot at that time? Issue: The unused connecting door to the adjoining room enables sound to transfer very easily. I could hear children laughing and talking and a guest having a work call very easily. The doors need to be more solid. Issue: The multiple doors to the parking lot on the Basement Level need better signage. A simple A or B or C painted on the door with a similar Door A or B or C on the door from the inside of the parking lot would make access easier. This is similar to what major shopping malls do with success.

Unfortunately, one of the two elevators was not working while we were staying. The staff were very helpful and the indoor pool was great for the kids.

The room was excellent and rather large. Small kitchen area is perfect for entertaining. The only issue was one of the elevators was out of service...they only have two for a large hotel. Breakfast time was pretty backed up. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Lots to do in the area...walking.

When they know the pull out couch is going to be used they should make it accessible so the living room doesn’t need to be completely rearranged.
No blankets for the pull out couch either and when I called the front desk I was asked twice if I checked the closets. When staff brought a flannel blanket, because there were no comforters left, again I was asked if I had checked the closets.
Overall fairly disappointed for the amount of money spent.
Breakfast was awesome though.

Amazing place to stay in Kingston. Easy to get there right on the harbour. The room had a kitchenette and very spacious and clean. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly. Breakfast included which was wonderful eggs,bacon,sausage etc. would definitely recommend this place.

I will not recommand.... I tried to cancel 1 month ahead of time... the room cost a good amount of money for 3 nights... It should have been cancelled with the circumstances... it shows you don't care about ppl... the front desk had no ideas of activities to do with a dog in Kingston other than walking....I will seriously not recommand and paying an extra for a dog??? You still clean the bed sheet... right? I hope so...

This place has an unbeatable location right on the waterfront and within walking distance to everything in the harbor area. The facility is nice and clean. The room is very spacious. The only thing I dont like is the poor the breakfast is managed. The food choices are very limited and only OK. Things (drink, coffee, hot and cold food, waffle, etc.) are spreaded out in the cafe and lobby area, so it is very difficult to get all the items in one trip.

Couples get away—-really nice hotel. Well laid out suite. Close to the downtown area. Good breakfast, food could have been a little hotter, but fine. Good coffee and great staff services.
