The staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We were in Rochester for a swim meet and asked to check in early. Our room wasn’t ready but they called us as soon as it was. Then when Monrovia’s struck the swim meet, they helped us check out a day early. Rooms were good size and super quiet. Excellent breakfast, which is a rarity these days.

They cleaned our room BEFORE check out. So we got kicked out of our room, basically. Checkout was at noon. We left and came back and they were in our room cleaning it. Really disappointing.

Nice property and location. I wish I would have known they were under construction- the hall smelled like a construction area and the elevator was wrapped in a blanket and looked sketchy..

We loved our stay at Homewood suites, we especially liked the staff, Matt, front desk, the housekeeping, kitchen everyone was pleasant to talk to and helpful. They made us feel at home.
During this sensitive of treatment at Mayo, Cindy the manager was so amazing and caring and checked in on me even gave me a big hug. Wow we felt great being at homewood thanks guys we’ll be sure to come back to visit!

Website says that there was Room Service and there was not! Having to pay $14 dollars a night to park, whether I parked there or not. Not cleaning the room everyday!

The carpet was very soiled and needed cleaning. The furniture was full of stains and very worn needs new furniture all worn out. Very expensive and very hard to get to the swimming pool and fitness center. Had to pay for parking and could not access room without paying for parking. Very expensive had to pay 345 dollars for one night 2 adults and 2 children. No shampoo or lotion or conditioner in shower all empty. Dishes left in dishwasher and had to run them through and put them away.

Staff was friendly and very professional. Breakfast was great! Only problem was the parking ramp. I departed in the morning, but it had snowed during the night. Ramp was slick and flat out scary.

Great location if you need to be at St. Mary’s Hospital. Rooms have everything you need, is in the small kitchen. Decent breakfast. Have fun, happy hour with bingo on Wednesday night. Only thing working was housekeeping which only made my room one day in 8.

This hotel is so convenient for having a family member at the Mayo St Mary’s Campus. Having laundry in the hotel he also made things much easier.

Comfortable room equipped kitchen but l couldn’t use the in room coffee pot as it was missing a part not resolved during my two day stay

I didn’t expect the bathroom to be so big; it was impossible not be cold while taking a shower. I had to put a towel on the floor to keep my feet from freezing on the tile. You couldn't watch TV from the couch. It would have made more sense to put the couch where the recliner is. Finding the location in the dark was difficult. We entered from the Courtyard side and didnt see the Homewood sign because it was dark. A little illumination on the sign would have helped. Parking was super convenient and everything was clean and well kept. I would stay again.

I had to stay for 2 weeks. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were way more than I expected. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but I managed. Breakfast was excellent. The shuttles to and from the Mayo buildings to the hotel were excellent. Made me feel at ease during a tough time. I would definitely stay here again.

The room smelled like someone had smoked pot in it. The bedding comforter had stains on it. The beds were hard. I didn’t shower at the hotel because I didn’t feel like it was clean enough to do so. Will never stay there again. The room furniture was not set up wide enough apart for a walker ti fit through. Furniture had to be moved in order to get around.

was convenient to St. Marys Hospital -- parking was tight -- especially if a big pickup was parked next to you -- had to park in another lot because lot was full one night plus you pay for parking at this location -- staff was helpful

Very convenient location for St Mary’s Hospital. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Furniture was a little worn and dirty but bed was comfortable. Access to room service fro Saints restaurant is a definite plus.

Very close to Mayo Clinic. This was our third hotel we had stayed at in Rochester while visiting a family member at Mayo. By far the best, quiet, clean, and great breakfast. Parking was a bit pricey but worth it.

I was given a room without a bathrub as requested which was an easy fix. upon entering my new room, the maintenance man was in there. I also discovered face pads in the drain of the tub alone with hair on the surround. I wasn't all that impressed with the second room. Good customer service though.

The room above us was very noisy every night from 9 PM to 11 PM walking back-and-forth back-and-forth very loudly. Made it difficult to rest before 5 AM surgery and happen both nights we were there
