Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds but no room service. I called 3 times for bathroom to be cleaned but no luck. When I realized we were not probably going to get room service I asked if we could at least have our room trash cans emptied and fresh towels. I did get that each day, but I had to call. It's hard to be comfortable in a room full of trash and dirty towels.

Bed hard but what really disappointed me is I could not get service to change my sheets, provide fresh towels or resupply toilet paper. To many nice hotels around there to ever use this one again! On a positive note breakfast was good and those staff members couldn’t be better. It’s the front desk staff - that are outside smoking and talking on phone when we need service inside .

Bugs nightly . Dead bugs never removed. Days when due for cleaning. No sink or bath cleaning. Dust rings around the carpet. I’m unable to upload the photos but we will post the pictures on social media.

The hotel was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast food nothing special but as expected as I have stayed at Hampton Inn's before. The only complaint I have is they allowed smokers to sit on a bench by the entry door and smoke. It needs to be moved so that we non-smokers don't have to inhale 2nd hand smoke every time we go in and out the front door.

We arrived around 10:30 pm after a long day of traveling. Check in went very smoothly, but there were no available luggage carts to help us get to our room. Upon getting to the room, the floors were sticky and the room just didn't look very clean. The door to the bathroom would not open or close completely. It was sticking on an uneven area of the floor so privacy was an issue and there was mold on the wall and ceiling by the tub!! Because the bathroom door wouldn't close, a bright light in the bath [that could not be turned off] was reflected into the room by the wall mirror in the hall. During the night, there was noise from the ac, and it turned on and off frequently. We discovered the next morning that the floor grill covering the motor was missing. We had early morning meeti ngs, were too exhausted to move rooms! This was not a good experience!!

No hot water available in room. Notified front desk and was instructed to turn the water on in both the sink and shower at the same time while showering in order to get hot water for shower. Large party at pool (including grilling out) allowing no room for other guests. Guest children running up and down halls above room playing past midnight. Laundry room only had 2 washing machines and 1 dryer working with "Out of Order" sign on remaining washer and 2 dryers.
Although the rooms were nice and the overall facility was clean, the cost was on the higher end compared other places therefore expected a little better experience.
