The Candlewood room has a nice kitchen and it’s spacious and room seems to be clean. I would prefer standing shower over bathtub.

The best hotel ive stayed at in decades. Brand spanking new it is state of the art snd FINALLY a hotel room with enough plugs and USB ports...although we could not get our kindles to connect to the wifi so we could not read.
The room w hall and bath are very spacious in fact it was bigger than our apartment ... if i ever have to stay in Kingston i will stay here but maybe NOT on a Saturday as there was a lot of noise and partying in the hall on pur floor which really affdcted our sleep.

Nice hotel with included breakfast, pool and free parking. Seems fairly new and room was clean.
Little side note: the breakfast area is way too small to accommodate everybody. People had to try to find seats in other areas of the hotel or go back to their room. Another area could be made available or the breakfast hours should be extended to allow a better flow of people.

We were extremely frustrated with the television. Their chrome cast woyld not work so they said they woukd send someone up. Instead I soend an hour on the phone with a tech support guy with no manners. He coyld not figure it out so we have up. The outlet on the besside table did not work. The ice maker near us did not work. Woynd up all over the hotel to find ice.

Hotel is excellent with one comment the pet smell. Apparently it is pet free hotel and the pet smell is not comfortable at all. Rather than that it is amazing place

No Celiac options for the complimentary breakfast. A pre wrapped gluten free muffin would have been a nice option. Some staff passive aggressive and a bit of an attitude.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and would choose here again… highly recommend this location!

This property is fairly new, so it's kind of annoying that so many things already seem run-down: broken tiles in the elevator, loose faucet in the bathtub, etc. The room was fine--clean enough, decent size. But the front desk staff? From the person who kept me standing there for over 20 minutes (after 8 hours in the car with my family) repeatedly messing up the processing of my reservation to the guy who, when I asked if they could exchange currency, just tried to scam me by exchanging his own CAD one-for-one for my USD... yikes.

It was a late night arrival with an early morning departure, so we didn't get a lot of time here. We did however enjoy the stay. It was nice the pool was open to 11pm because I did take my kids swimming. The breakfast was excellent and great service there.

The staff during the day and at night was accommodating, rescepteful and super helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. One of the streets leading to the hotel was blocked due to construction, which made navigating our surroundings a bit trickier. Otherwise we had a great stay!

The hitel was amazing. There is construction outside and it was tricky to get in to and out of hotel back to highway. The CSR was very polite and upgraded us to a unit with a kitchen after realizing we'd been traveling for some time.

The staff are very kind, got an upgraded room. Rooms are very specious, clean and modern. Beds are very comfy. Location in a quiet area of town but easily drivable. Planty of free parking.

Great location for easy access where I was working for the week and to downtown as well. Room was very clean and the hotel seems very new. Front desk staff was very friendly during my check.

Rm wasn't ready and gave us uncleaned one. So we had to move to another one which was so smelly like dirty feet. The rm key weren't not working. Eventually we had 6 keys for 3nights.
The main issue was noises from teens. The hotel was packed with girls playing all around tge hotel till 1am. The hotelier said there was no complaints at all. It was hilarious. Spent 200bucks per night was shameful seriously.
